We had a very warm welcome on the day we arrived, we were shown to our room which was very spacious, clean, bright and we had fresh orange, milk, tea, coffees in our room along with a mini fridge and a safe. The bed was very comfortable and our first night was a lovely relaxing one. We went down to breakfast and met with a smile, we were given our fresh orange, and a pot of tea, within minutes our cereal and Greek yoghurt, with fresh fruit arrived, then the cooked breakfast which was a lot to start the day off nicely. On the last day, we asked if we could have a packed lunch which would tied up over until we got home that night, I had tuna mayo and my partner had the chicken mayo, we were told to help ourselves to the biscuits, crisps, drink, fruit to go with the sandwiches. I definitely recommend Exmoor House to stay in, we would like to thank them both for an amazing few days stay and for the breakfasts. We will definitely be back.

A splendid B&B at Wheddon Cross in the heart of Exmoor. Wonderful hosts have thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Very comfortable beds in rooms that have so many nice touches such as a fridge with fresh milk and juice, chocolates, biscuits, tea. coffee etc. Bathroom with super soft towels and toiletries. An amazing breakfast and even a lounge with honesty style drinks. This rates alongside the very best B&Bs we have stayed in.

Excellent place to stay. Attending a wedding locally and Exmoor House were on the recommended list of accommodation. We were delighted with our choice. Izzy and Peter are brilliant hosts, they made us feel welcome and all our needs were taken care of. Their home is so neat and tidy, lots of little personal touches made it extra special such as fresh flowers in our room, chocolates, fresh milk and orange juice in our own mini fridge, lots of little extras in the bathroom. There is plenty of parking and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was fantastic! A menu to choose items from, perfectly cooked and served on time with a smile. It’s obvious they take great pride in what they do best. We’d be so happy to return and recommend a stay if you’re in the area.

what a superb b and b . Welcoming hosts . Good sized well equipped room . Excellent shower and towels. so many extra touches such as a silent fridge with fresh milk water and juice. A range of biscuits and decent toiletries. decent breakfast. Highly recommend this establishment

Exmoor House is the perfect B&B. Great location, lovely room, very comfortable and welcoming, delicious breakfast, even a pub over the road! Lovely big comfortable bed, bathroom well equipped We'll definitely be back next time we're in Exmoor.

Very tastefully decorated en-suite bedrooms and communal areas. Lots of lovely extras like fresh orange juice, milk and water in bedroom fridge, chocolates, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of fluffy white towels in bathroom. It feels like nothing has been overlooked! Delicious cooked breakfast served. B&B located in heart of Exmoor at Wheddons Cross with private parking. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough!

Izzy and Peter were perfect hosts. They even joined us in the pub over the road for a drink. The breakfast was locally sourced meat and eggs were double yolked. Very filling and elegantly presented. There was a good selection of teas and biscuits in the room. The rooms were superior quality and very comfortable. The bathroom had a hot and plenty of water shower. Nice extras of USB points by the bed. Makeup wipes in the bathroom. Also a small fridge with fresh milk, fresh orange juice and cold water in. My friend was upgraded to the four poster bed room as he wanted a bath. We will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend.

Great high quality luxury B&B Room very clean,beautifully decorated and comfortable beds.Lots of extras in rooms chocolates, biscuits,fridge with Orange Juice water and fresh milk. Fantastic hearty breakfast using local products,beautiful view of Dunkery Beacon. Warm welcoming hosts couldn’t have been better. Central for enjoying Exmoor and the Quantocks. Easy private parking

Amazing b and b, had a great stay. Hosts are friendly and it seems they will do anything to help. Rooms accumulate with great little touches as flavoured tea selection, milk in the fridge and dog biscuits on the side of the dog rooms. Breakfast was delicious, amazing products and great friendly smiley service. Parking on site. Will be back if in the area again
