We got 2 different rooms both were dirty. There was drawing on the walls, stains on the bed sheets/skirt. What looked like old vomit on the carpet, food on the stove, stains in the refrigerator, one door had to be slammed to close it, sticky substance on the toilet and more. Paid hotel prices for motel quality. Staff was friendly until we complained about the dirty rooms. We had to pay for another hotel! A complete mess!! We only have pictures from the second room.

We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and it was nice, but this time was an awful experience. From the construction of more than half the rooms on the floor, the smell of **** in the hallways, to the very uncomfortable beds, the mediocre breakfast, and the sink did not drain well. We actually checked out a day early (and we only had originally booked 2 nights), we didn’t want to pay the high rate they were charging. No where was this hotel worth the $200 a night fee.
I’m not sure what has happened from the past, but this hotel has gone downhill. We only stayed because it was very close to family in the area. Will probably never stay again after this last trip.

Everything was great... This place actually has a nightly social time with free food and drinks. I have already been here before and whenever I visit our Cleveland office I will stay here

I was on a business trip and this is my go-to place to stay. The rooms very clean and the breakfast and complimentary happy hour food is great. I will look for further Staybridge Suites again while traveling

Very nice happy hour 3 nights a week suitable to be a meal. Breakfast and happy hour were very good and serving staff was very good. Housekeeping could have been a little bit better, but not bad.

Service was good - but room had sticky floors, stains on couch, tv remote held together by tape. Very loud - dogs, babies and a party accross and down the hall sounded like they were right next door :(

Due to this being an emergency situation, the Staybridge Suites was EXCELLENT ! Only wish breakfast was out on time because I had to stop for breakfast because it was not put out as advertised on time.
