They even assist in carrying it up to your room via the elevator and introduce the room facilities—very thoughtful service. ✅ Complimentary 30-minute hotel massage. ✅ Free buffet-style afternoon tea every day (3:00 PM - 4:30 PM). ✅ Daily buffet breakfast with surprises (6:00 AM - 10:00 AM)—40% of the menu changes daily. The Pho is different every day, allowing you to taste both local Vietnamese and international cuisines. ✅ Rooftop swimming pool—stunning and perfect for photos! You can lounge on the chairs, chat, enjoy the breeze, and soak up the sun. (The pool water is quite cold.) ✅ Gym room with an absolutely breathtaking view. ✅ Welcome dessert + flowers. ✅ Extremely comfortable mattress. ✅ Overall clean and cozy environment. ✅ The front desk staff are polite, very friendly, and always smiling. ✅ Located in the city center—walking anywhere is super convenient! It only takes 10-15 minutes to reach places like Dragon Bridge, the night market, and trendy restaurants. ✅ Great window view from the room! You can see the pink church, theater, and temple. ✅ Complimentary refreshing drinks in the lobby, with a different selection every day. ✅ Calling a Grab is super fast and convenient. 👍🏻 Cons: 🫣 The air conditioning takes a while to cool down. 🫣 The shower water pressure is a bit weak.

The hotel is clean and it's easy to get around as it's less than 5 minutes to downtown Han Market. It's nice that it's close to the airport in about 10 minutes.

I enjoyed staying at Sanouva Danang Hotel. In addition to its convenient location, the services offered by the staff were great. After I went into the hotel room, I noted that the air-conditioning was not working properly. I informed the staff about the issue and they were willing to provide another room for me. I would recommend Sanouva to everyone given its location and excellent service.

Sanouva Danang Hotel in Da Nang Super beautiful hotel, stayed for 2 nights, you can take photos for a long time in the lobby and swimming pool. The breakfast restaurant is also very beautiful, with fresh fried eggs, rice noodles, Vietnamese coffee, juice, Vietnamese cuisine, and cakes. We stayed in a city-view room on the 7th floor, which is within walking distance of Gong Market, Big C, Han Market, and Da Nang Pink Cathedral. We took a motorcycle to Gong Market for 14,000 yuan = 19 yuan. The next day we went to My Khe Beach. We wore swimsuits and the ride to My Khe Beach was NT$24,000 = NT$33. In the evening, I bought a Klook cruise to go to Hanjiang River to watch the dragon spitting fire. The next day, I walked to the Pink Cathedral to take pictures, walked to the Han Market, waited for check-out at 12 o'clock, then went to the swimming pool, bought nonteli, went back to the hotel to eat, and waited for the 6 o'clock flight✈️. It is a very suitable place to stay on the last day while waiting for the flight. For hotel or accommodation on your first day in Da Nang, you can go to Han Market to exchange Vietnamese dong.

Very good stay, good location, at heart of Da Nang city, just around 10 min walk to Hon market, Big C, Con Market from hotel. Also a lot of coffee shop, food shop around hotel. Hotel staffs are very nice and polite, with cheerful smile. hotel breakfast is very good, a wide range of food provided, swimming pool quite small but Ok, fine, I like the Hotel design, give me warm and harmony feel, so everything good and I would like to recommend others to choose stay

Nice place and clean

I have nothing to say Besides the word "perfect" My mother really liked the chicken burger. She said it was the first time she had eaten a burger and she didn't feel bad. Thank you for your care. If we have a chance to come to Danang.We will come back here again.

Reception and staff's kindness. Especially , clean sheets bring out Sweet sleep. Han market was close and the local Restaurants nearby were good. I'll make a reservation at Sanouva Da Nang Hotel next time, Which is as comfortable as my house. I'm an Korean . Thank you for everything .

Excellent service from staff. Stylish deco. Good location ...15 mins drive from the airport, 15 mins drive from the beach. Easy to walk to Con Market and Big C supermarket.

Close to da nang airport and easily access to eating places.

Room was pretty small but sanition was satisfied. If I come back to Danang alone, I will stay here for a long time. Because it is very cheap and cosy.

I am quite impressed with the service of the staff. All of them are great !! Location, room size, cleanliness, breakfast are good based on the price that I have paid !!
