Great value for 4 star hotel. Room was nice and clean. Workers were nice, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice infinitely pool on roof but didn’t get a chance to use it. Elevator was small and can fit about 4 people. Nice location and close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Our family (me, husband and our a year old baby) stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We really impressed by everything. The staffs are so kind and speak in English well, surrounded by many good places to eat, just 5mins to walk to the sea, the room is so clean and comfy. We landed on Da nang at night 2AM. Receptionists Helen and Tina even served us for a free room to rest until the check in time which I deeply appreciate. The view from our main room was just STUNNING. The restaurant is also good. Had good rest in here. Will definitely visit again if we go there. Thank you so much. Best wishes for y’all 🫶🏻

Booked the family room with ocean view and it housed 4 adults comfortably. The room included daily breakfast which was average but had enough variety. I had a look at the gym and pool but did not use them. The elevator goes up to level 12 and you have to walk a flight of stairs to level 13 where the very small gym and a small cafe are. And another flight of steps up to the rooftop pool. Definitely not friendly for those with mobility issues as there was no ramp up to the hotel entrance either. The location of the hotel is good as it’s near many eateries, supermarkets, massage shops and the beach. The live band in the restaurant opposite the hotel stops from 10pm onwards and did not affect our sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for those who just need a place to rest after a day out and those looking for great value.

Hotel is in a great location, close to beach. On the bed, can feel sands from the beach. Not sure why but definately some grains of sands on the bedsheets.

I was a little unhappy after checking out. The miscommunication made me feel irritated on the morning of check out. It felt bad.

Alani Hotel has made our stay at DaNang Vietnam comfortable and incredibly welcoming. Our room and the hotel's facilities are neat and well-kept, which further improves the experience. Most importantly, however, is the wonderful staff that looked after us during our stay. Receptionists Helen and Steffie and bellboy Tin were incredibly helpful, and tasks were easy with their assistance. Lisa and Daisy from the restaurant were patient and understanding as my family nearly always ended up late to breakfast. Overall, our stay at Alani Hotel was more than satisfactory.

Good location. Very happening. Easy to find food. Staff are manners. Breakfast is good as well.

Based on their rate, I will give 5 out of 5. Service is excellent, all people are humble, but we face food problem because we are Muslim. They should keep some Halal food.

It was really great staying at alani. From the check-in to check-out everything has been excellent. Couldn't ask for more. The room is big enough with a great view. Breakfast was really great. The location is excellent with everything needed to kick start your vacation just in walking distance. The staff is really helpful. They arranged my room to be happy birthday decorations with a cake. For the value of money hands down this is the best place to stay in danang. Without a doubt I will book again when I am in danang.

Friendly Staff. Nice stay. Beach is walking distance and you meet great people around the world. Lot of information at front desk.
