The front desk was very friendly, but the hotel is awful. We changed three rooms, and none of them had heating. The air conditioning didn't even get warm. Every bed was covered in dirt, and my phone screen was covered in sand after playing around. In the winter, the hot water took ten minutes to come on. The downstairs was being renovated, starting at 8 a.m., hammering and then drilling. There was no rest at all. At night, all the lights were off, and the ceiling was flashing green, just like in a karaoke bar. I have no idea what these mysterious red dots are. I need to renovate the place.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, and the environment was also very nice. The lobby design was simple and elegant, the room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view, with a stunning night view! The corridors and public areas were clean and tidy. The front desk lady checked us in very quickly!
