Since we had children with us, they thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks, children's slippers, and toiletries to our room upon check-in. The receptionist greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and clean, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and is a top choice for transit during desert excursions. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit."

"There seems to be a communication problem between departments. We tried to book a hotpot dinner for 6 people, but the front desk said it was fully booked for the evening. We left our number to be notified. Dinner starts at 6 PM, and by past 7 PM, we still hadn't received a call. So, we decided to go to the restaurant to check the situation. At the restaurant's reception, the staff asked how many people were in our party and said a 6-person table had just canceled its reservation, and they were about to call us. So, we went in. To our surprise, once inside, there were at least 6 or 7 empty tables for 6 people. We also noticed another 3 consecutive 6-person tables that were empty in another section. Additionally, several 4-person and 2-person tables were also empty. Yet, the front desk had claimed the hotpot was fully booked. Pictures confirm this. If all these empty tables were indeed reserved, why were they still available after 7 PM for a walk-in, while genuine customers like us were left waiting unnecessarily? What kind of reservation system do you have? If these tables weren't reserved, why were both the front desk and the gate staff telling everyone it was fully booked? Don't tell me these empty tables were just vacated by the previous wave of guests. One or two tables, maybe, but it's too much of a coincidence for 7 consecutive tables to have just left. I'm unsure if it's a management issue or if the staff were deliberately messing with customers, but the overall feeling was terrible. Next time I visit Xiangshawan, I definitely won't choose a hotel on the island again."

In the end, there was no place to park, so we had to park the car on the charging pile. The overall hygiene of the room was OK, but there was a smell of sheep when we entered the door, which was a bit unaccustomed. It is recommended that the hotel ventilate more every day to get rid of the smell! The breakfast variety is OK. It is half an hour's drive from Kubuqi and Xiangshawan. If you go to the desert, you can still stay. I give it 4 points, and there is room for improvement!"

"The hotel room was indeed nice, and the guy who showed us to our room during the day provided good service. However, the dining experience in the evening was a major issue. After a long day of activities, tired and hungry, we found there was only one chef for stir-fries and one person for BBQ. The queues were impossibly long, and there weren't enough tables available. If you wanted to take a chair back to your room to eat instant noodles or something, you had to pay an extra 200 deposit! If you're staying here, I highly recommend bringing your own food and drinks, otherwise, you'll have a very uncomfortable experience after a day out, especially families with children."
