"The front desk staff at this hotel had a ** problem 1. When checking in, the front desk guy said that breakfast ended at 9:00, but the room card said it ended at 9:30. I just asked the service staff which one was based on. He said their kitchen aunt got up at 3:00 in the morning to make breakfast. Why can't the guests understand their aunt's hard work? I don’t understand why he was so angry with us before we checked in. 2, booked a parent-child room, 10:30 pm washing found the hotel no children's toothbrush, called the front desk to send down, the front desk deep sigh made me think I was wrong. When I opened the door to collect my toothbrush, I felt that the front desk guy's eyes wanted to **. There is no tissue in the toilet behind, so I dare not call to ask for it, for fear of something happening. 3, around 10 pm found the quilt a bit thick, called to only the quilt cover to sleep. The front desk reluctantly gave you a quilt cover, saying that you don't want me to give you a dirty quilt cover either. Inexplicable! Early style in general, is the standard of homestay, acceptable. What is unacceptable is that when we had breakfast in their dishwashing room, we found that they didn’t use detergent or anything like washing the dishes. They just washed the chopsticks and plates with clean water, and then continued to use them,🌚🌚 Roads are under construction near the hotel, making it inconvenient to drive in and out of the hotel. Advantages In this small county town the decoration style of the room is still relatively refreshing, the room is relatively clean."

"My stay at the Xiangshawan Lotus Hotel was absolutely perfect, comfortable and pleasant throughout. The biggest surprise was the hotel's dining, which completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located deep in the desert, with its pure white lotus shape making it highly recognizable. The rooms have excellent lighting and views. The all-inclusive policy was a real convenience; the Sand Island and Joyful Sand Island attractions offered unlimited play with a wristband, and the exclusive skip-the-line access for guests saved a lot of waiting time. The evening activities like bonfires and stargazing created a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were warm and attentive, with meticulous and thoughtful services like luggage handling and inter-island shuttle buses, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout our desert trip. For breakfast, the Mongolian milk tea and dairy products had an authentic flavor, and the hotpot for dinner featured fresh and ample ingredients. Chinese and Western hot dishes, desserts, fruits, and beverages were available in unlimited quantities throughout the day. The Shalian Hall also provided self-service snacks and drinks from day to night. Despite being in the dry desert, the food quality was consistently high, with timely replenishment of ingredients and stable flavors. Every meal was satisfying, and we didn't have to worry about finding food elsewhere. I must particularly praise the food: the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered a rich and balanced selection of dishes. I had exclusive access to the desert, unlimited sandboarding, and watched the sunset and the starry sky, which was very shocking. I went to the scenic spot early in the morning to play the projects without queuing. It would be better if the food and beverage could be more refined."
