The front desk clerk had a terrible attitude! I booked a deluxe single room in the north building for 407 yuan, but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that there were no rooms in the north building, only ordinary single rooms in the east building for 286 yuan, and I had to contact Ctrip to get the difference back!

The hotel we booked this time has a very elegant environment. We dined in the VIP building, which showed a very good corporate culture. It was obvious that the management was of high quality. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The TV in the room was not working, the shower head was broken, there was no power supply at the bedside, and the computer mouse was broken. Better choose another hotel
