The place is perfect cozy getaway with an amazingly hospitable staff who went out of their way to make it a memorable experience. The food was customised based on our preferences and tasted amazing. The property retains its old world charm.

It is a great place to stay with amazing hospitality from the ***ager Sachin , his staff Nitin and culinary talent by chef. It's a heritage property so you feel like time travel with their own cute garden place where you can chill especially with bonfire. Food is as per your palate and served fresh and hot... Nestled a bit higher one side is green trees and other side is mountain views with trees.. a calm place to stay. Very tastefully done interiors. We enjoyed the stay and hospitality. They have very good car service as well , Kishore ji took us around and showed Dalhousie in a very warm ***ner...

Overall experience was very good. Ambience maintenance was excellent. ***ager Mr Sachin and rest of the staff were very courteous and helpful. The personal care they gave was fantastic and overwhelming. The food was also very good and the best part was whatever we felt like having was always ready at the dining table with a smile. Our interaction with the chef was also very good

A cosy home like resort on top of a hillock. Excellent service from all their staff led by Sachin, nice ambiance and high quality of food made our trip to Dalhousie truly memorable. The facility has ample space for car park. It was cool (around 10 degree celcius) and we enjoyed bon fire on the garden every night of our stay. We will be back !

Delightful staff but hotel cold and soulless. The 5* reviews do not accurately reflect the experience of staying here, clean yes but freezing cold and faded luxury. The reviews have clearly been written in too perfect English, I suspect using AI. Disappointing overall.
