Very clean and well-decorated room. Excellent service from our assigned butler 小关 as well, handling our transport matters as well as going out of the way to advise us on our Taobao matters. Best stay in Yunnan! =)

Room style of the hotel is very nice, calm&quiet, relaxing but unfortunately the soundproof is so so.
The service is good. Our housekeeper XiaoShi 小施is very helpful and kind.
Location is a bit inconvenient but luckily there’s the pick up service.
Gym is small and the pool is dirty. Well I guess they were not really in need.

Nice views, but the service was subpar for the price and there were lots of people from outside the hotel walking around in the hotel, not the best feeling.

6 star hotel！We first book because of the design and site but we will come back again for the service!
Dedicated 24/7 butler service before arrival until departure and turndown service that is usually available at top luxury hotels 🥰
Site is stunning with extraordinary view, team is super hospitable and friendly, offering more than you expected. Our butler 小敏 is superb! She helped us with arranging best rate for upgrade, seaview room, laundry service, breakfast, tea, transport, everything! Everything edible in room is free too :)
Car bookout was a value deal, do arrange through hotel and request for 周师傅！He’s not only a driver, he’s also a fabulous tour guide.
Looking forward to coming back again, thanks for hosting us!

1. I stayed at Yuelianzhuang for the last two days in Dali. The room was super large with a 180-degree sea view. I stayed in the room all day without going out. I was fed breakfast, afternoon tea, and fruit sweet soup for dinner. I could also take a bath. It was really a great time to lie down facing Erhai Lake! You can walk to Ideal Garden and Ideal Bang check-in points.
2. The overall service was very heartwarming. The housekeeper A Kun contacted us in advance, and the shuttle bus picked us up and dropped us off. He took the initiative to help us upgrade to a high-rise room. He sent fresh strawberries and coffee every day. The service of the ladies at the front desk was also super good. It felt like they were seriously doing service management. I was very satisfied.
I will come back to stay for a few more days in the off-season in the future⛱️
