So we cancelled the room since it was not stated in the details when we did the booking. Other than that we got nothing to complain about."

"This hotel is nice and the price is cheap. They helped carry the luggage to the 3rd floor. There is a delicious shaokao at night nearby, like a market, lots of people selling fruits and food. I forgot to return the room key and brought it to Lijiang, Miss Wei gave me a solution to ask the hotel staff in Lijiang to help send the key instead of me having to pay a lot for a new card. Miss Wei was kind enough to help us order food with *******. I was really impressed with Miss Wei who is very friendly and helpful. She deserves five stars. The room is big and there are 2 types of slippers, one for the room and one for the bathroom. This is exactly what I needed because the bathroom floor was cold. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

The breakfast was delicious; we finished every last drop. The room had a smart heated toilet, a washing machine, and afternoon tea with drinks, fruit platters, and snacks. They even gave us a complimentary Americano to drink while driving when we checked out – so thoughtful! The beachfront room was gorgeous; we didn't want to leave the house. We just ordered takeout and had it delivered to our room. Eating while enjoying the view was so relaxing! If we had more time, we would have stayed longer. It was very quiet outside at night. The windows and doors seemed to have thick, double-glazed soundproof glass, and the room was also very well soundproofed. We couldn't hear any talking or walking from next door, which was perfect for a light sleeper like me. I slept soundly until morning. Plus, the newly opened hotel had no unpleasant smells at all! This would definitely be my first choice for future stays! I was so satisfied that I wrote a little review! 😄 I sincerely hope everyone can enjoy such a great stay and sleep as well as I did!"

There were self-serve fresh coffee and a variety of herbs/ flower tea selection at the lobby, free laundry services, afternoon high tea and night dessert. We really appreciate passing our clothes which required laundry to the staff and return to collect freshly laundry clothes. The staff is reachable easily via WeChat. They also offer complimentary pick up from the train station. If I really have to pick on something - there is no view in the room I stayed in even though it was bright and spacious. Overall highly recommend a stay."

The Erhai sightseeing bus stop is only a 3–5-minute walk, and Dali High‑Speed Railway Station takes just 5–10 minutes by car, very convenient for travelling to Haidong. Room & Facilities: We stayed in a high-floor Erhai-view room with fantastic lake scenery. The rooftop terrace is the biggest highlight for enjoying panoramic Erhai views. Rooms are well furnished, and guests can choose pillows of different textures as needed. The hotel is fully equipped with a gym, swimming pool and SPA. Breakfast has diverse selections and tasty pastries. Service: We encountered slight communication problems at first, which were settled perfectly with the help of butler Mary (Thanks Soraya for the help too! )- She assisted in all coordination, recommended local attractions and cared about our experience throughout the stay. The hotel clearly marks free and chargeable services with full transparency. Highly recommend this hotel."

They even offer valet parking assistance. The facilities are all new, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The owner is very kind, and the service is incredibly warm and friendly. Oh, and their dog, Doudou, is also very friendly and adorable. You can pet him as much as you like!"

The huge window gave us a wonderful view and the old town was a short lively walk straight down the hill. The only problem we had was when we had to leave early on the morning. We were locked in and couldn't phone anyone to come and unlick the door. This is also a fire hazard. Anyhow if they could work out a better system it would be perfect."
