Great hotel a quick ride from high speed rail station. Good breakfast in hotel restaurant. Close to lake walking distance. Restaurants across the road.

Like the staffs, very friendly n helpful. A good location to avoid the noise to have a good rest.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights. All the staff at the reception counter were very responsive and helpful. In particular, Miss Zhou went out of her way to help us book our hailing rides to the tourist attractions. Another staff assisted us to retrieve a parcel that was sent from Lijiang. When our room had issues to be solved, the staff and the manager (Ms Pang) would personally attend to the problem in our room. Thank you for a memorable stay at your hotel!

I like the location of the hotel, for the price paid is above value, location is near to Dali railway station and a lot of eatery and near the Erhai lake parks

We love the hotel. Room was big, very clean. Facilities were new. Breakfast was nice. It was worth the money. The hotel had self serviced washing machine and dryer for free. When we had a long trip, these facilities made us feel like at home. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful. We love the hotel. Definitely we will book the same hotel if we visit Dali again.

We had a great time at the Gran View, and returned to the hotel for another day. Our room was clean and spacious, service was great, and additional amenities such as the washing machine and dryer helped us a lot during our travel.

Entering the hotel, the warm and friendly staff immediately came forward to greet, check-in procedures are efficient and fast, and also intimately introduced the surrounding travel information. Walking into the room, it is clean and warm, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you will not feel tired once you lie down. The sound insulation effect of the room is also great, and you can sleep well. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with Chinese and Western food to meet different tastes. The geographical location is even more superior, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to many popular attractions and shopping centers. This stay, whether it is service or facilities, made me feel the warmth of home. Next time I travel, the Grand View Hotel will still be my first choice!
