- Friendly and welcoming staff. Helpful as well - Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Only issue was that water doesn’t drain fast enough. Hair dryer also not working.

1. There is no elevator if you live on the 2nd floor. 2. If you lose anything there, it will just magically disappear and never go to the lost & found at the hotel. No follow-up from the hotel about my lost item as well, although I dialed twice about the issue. The hotel promised to call me back the next morning, but I got no calls. 3. No breakfast here while other inns of similar prices offer breakfast. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I chose this hotel for a novel living experience and its decoration style. Apparently I’m wrong this time-should have chosen a big name hotel instead.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that values quality. Highly recommended for those who appreciate upscale accommodations!

Amenities were terrible we tried going hot tubbing two times and they were always full. A maid woke us up once at 9am and walked right into our room. Then the maid came back and 10 and woke us up again. Check out is 11am and there's no reason to be waking people up when they're on vacation. Also parking was almost $20 which we were never told about. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, spacious and luxurious. Great location. Helpful staff. Price is very reasonable for a downtown hotel of this quality. Would stay here again next time I am in SLC.

Very nice hotel. The room and surrounding is clean. The swimming pool is a nice complimentary for hot weather. Will stay again when I visit Salt Lake City again.

Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

Service could be much better.

Not bad

The hotel service is very poor. Three colleagues booked two rooms on the hotels platform, and I booked one on Ctrip because my name was on both. The front desk couldn't find the Ctrip order and it took an hour to check in. During the check-in, I found that I had spent more than 100 US dollars for no reason and no one could figure it out. The hotel couldn't find the consumption and kept saying that only the deposit was deducted and would be returned. The experience was directly reduced to the lowest. Ctrip couldn't figure out what was going on. In the end, the more than 100 US dollars was not returned. It is recommended not to stay here. There are many fast chain hotels in the nearby city, and the service is better than this one.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I was able to keep the house even after checking out, so I was able to finish the rest of my itinerary comfortably.
