Overall it was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. View was amazing and the service was top notch. Breakfast was good and amenities was awesome. Extremely thankful for the amazing service provided by 小闫。Will definitely come back to visit again.

如果是情侶出遊，這裏真的絕佳！人少，安靜，沒打擾，海東就是商業化程度會低一些，這家民宿正好在一個凸出來的海岸線邊，景色確實可以，大落地窗很舒服～適合獨自旅遊散心和情侶出遊～就是出門沒啥逛的，租車或自駕方便一些，離雙廊比較近。但是，奉勸帶娃的，特別是低幼，3歲甚至4歲以下的，還是住酒店吧，因為還是會有些許不方便，嬰兒車不好推，早餐不夠豐富，最關鍵附近想買個啥都比較難～吃飯要麼在民宿自己的餐廳，要麼就必須打車出門去挖色或者雙廊。
洱海醇享下午茶套餐:還不錯，哈哈哈哈，這個服務可以的
澤海 | 晚安甜湯:每晚都有，回房間就會給客人端來

這次入住的是正海景雙床房，體驗感不錯！環境設施：打開窗簾蒼山洱海景色映入眼簾，躺在床上就能看絕美日落，太治癒了！房間自帶超大浴缸，玩累了泡個熱水澡，非常解壓，還有迷你吧飲料免費暢飲！衞生：房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟乾淨，智能設備齊全又便捷。早餐豐富美味，下午茶精緻可口，晚上還有暖心甜湯送到房間。服務：全程管家式服務體貼入微，幫忙提行李、規劃行程，響應速度超快。酒店整體感覺不錯，就是來的時候天氣欠佳有點小雨，下次有機會再來。

馬桶蓋很臟 落地窗門外的蜘蛛網結在門口 花灑方向要注意 門那邊有一條縫 洗澡水容易出來，這拖鞋還不是實心的，搞得我踩水 不得已拿了毛巾墊了 前一晚泡了澡泡澡的東西沒了第二天打掃也沒添，窗簾有一邊還是壞的。這個梳子也是我吐槽的點完全不好梳頭髮，衣架也是壞的，早餐沒得挑 香菜直接扔裏面……晚安甜湯説好10點半送結果10點就送進來我當時還在洗澡裹個浴巾就出來。 第一天晚上點了餐等了半天也不知道會送上來我們走下去了沙發上躺着的服務員告知我們有人送上來了 又返回房間發現並沒有 ………服務一般 衹有第一天管家有到門口迎接拿行李 走的時候沒個人影其他服務沒有體會到！！説實話不太值得 我入住的和我在圖上看的不一樣………

就是衝著這個大玻璃來的，躺在床上看着外面的山水雲還是很安逸的！還可以泡浴缸，有送浴球。
服務態度也都很好，從入住到離店全程幫助我拿行禮❤️
但是這個位置太偏了，沒辦法👐點外賣都有點難☹️真的很偏！離開的時候打車不好打車🚗跟酒店沒關係，我衹是吐槽一下這個位置。酒店很不錯❤️
