Atour Hotel(Dali Erhai International Convention and Exhibition Center)

As a regular customer of Atour, this is a sincere comment and I rarely comment, but this time I just couldn’t resist it. This hotel must have just opened, so I checked in after seeing 0 bad reviews. Good points: The curtains and sunshade are excellent, the mattress and pillows are as good as Atour, the faucet and shower water are also very good, and the sound insulation is also very good. However, the smell of fresh decoration was very strong from the moment we entered the lobby. The front desk said that we had to go in and feel the room. The smell was also very strong after entering. But it was late and I didn't change it because I thought it would be too troublesome. In fact, it might be the same if I changed it. I just endured it and fell asleep. The air conditioner was turned down and the smell was not that obvious. But today I have a headache and lack of energy. Could it be formaldehyde poisoning? Dear colleagues in related professions, is it legal to open a hotel without formaldehyde (suspected) treatment? In short, stay here with caution in the near future.

I called in advance to inquire about the parking space and was told that there was a specialist in charge of parking services. However, I didn’t know if the security guard was the hotel owner or a relative of the owner. When we arrived at the hotel entrance, we pointed out where to park and stood there smoking. There were a bunch of us. There was no help with the luggage. When I left, I was a girl carrying a bunch of luggage. He just glanced at me at the door and did not come to help carry the luggage. Atour, who has lived in so many places, encountered such a job for the first time. Staff, no service.

酒店是新開業的，非常乾淨舒適。健身房設備也很新，餐廳種類豐富，前台服務人員熱情周到，還給了我們一些出行建議，非常不錯的體驗，樓下週邊也有很多餐館和宵夜，非常方便，下次還可以選擇這裏。
