Excellent customer service. Really can’t ask for better. They are extremely patient and knowledgeable on how to best assist you. Unfortunately, there are no elevators. However, they make up for it by carrying your luggage to your room for you.
The view is PHENOMENAL. They really strived to construct their hotel to give you the best experience in your room. They provide a solid selection of free beverages for your hotel stay. The restaurant also provides great tasting dishes so you don’t have to trouble yourself with looking for other restaurants in the surrounding area. Convenience at its finest.
Overall, 10/10 experience.

環境：坐落在生態連廊處，很安靜，尤其是淡季，尤其舒適！
衞生：乾淨衞生，擺放的物品都很整齊
服務：自管家加了微信好，服務都很好，安排的接機服務很給力，車子衞生安靜，非常表揚司機大哥！酒店的服務人員很熱情！連清潔阿姨也很有友善有禮貌！贊！淡季給我免費升級了房間，很滿意。
早餐也好好吃，豐富而精緻，希望你們能越做越好！更多客人看到你們。

太滿意我選擇了左度！走進酒店就很驚艷，臨湖的咖啡吧，室內室外每個角度都美，好有度假的感覺！推開房門，大大的窗景太治癒了！這裏的服務也是一流，不僅有接機服務，還送我們去下一個酒店，非常驚喜！酒店在洱海生態廊道里，酒店外面就很漂亮，拍照、赤腳踩水、喝啤酒，呆上一天也不會厭，也可以租個自行車（一天才15元），騎個幾公里到喜洲古鎮，海舌公園，沿途都是美景，十分方便！總之十分推薦你來住哦！

升級了精選海景房，位置很好很舒適。但是第二天打掃略隨意了些，水杯喝剩下的也沒有倒了清洗。其他服務都很不錯，尤其是餐廳晚餐十分合我們口味，還給打八折。

一進房間看到大大的落地窗直接可以躺在床上看海，第二天在床上看到了日出🌅，超美，服務特別棒，每個工作人員都很熱情，不管酒店裡和酒店外都很安靜，酒店前面路不通車真好，可以隨時在下面騎車或散步，酒店的大堂和花園配套很符合我心意，休閑度假慢生活，送的雙人海景下午茶也很贊，總之太喜歡這裏了，有機會還會再來
