該酒店是我在攜程網上訂的，訂單有早餐但在辦理入住是酒店説沒有，早餐要再買單在跟攜程確認後酒店又給我們了早餐卷，也不知道是攜程訂單描述的不清楚還是酒店服務不到位？這家酒店是民宿門臉挺漂亮但有些需要注意的問題：例如1酒店正在基建二樓過道口有一塊地磚沒鋪有一個一米乘30的坑沒有安全提示！2房間衞生間沒有地磚用地板革鋪的地面洗澡漏水達不到乾濕分離。3淋浴房玻璃門安裝不合理，進出不方便。4餐廳環境一般。昏暗不明亮。5早餐我們沒有吃餐卷拍照保留。（早餐就一份米線）

很滿意，是個小院子，環境很好，花花很美，衞生乾淨，老闆人很好，非常有責任心，很照顧我們，給我們的出遊提供了很多建議和幫助，位置就在古城邊上，逛逛挺方便，推薦入住！

房間燈光暗，晚上到的差點摔倒，榻榻米床進門有台階房間與衞生間有台階極為不方便。衞生間沒有門，衹有個門簾遮擋。這是我同等價位住的最次的酒店。訂的帶早餐，衹有一碗米線，跟服務員説不能吃辣的，還是給你放了辣肉醬，一口沒吃。當天的飯錢不能退了，第二天的給退了。

1、衞生間洗手池漏水，洗澡間漏水，洗手間地上積水，房間隔音效果差，房間裏還結了蜘蛛網，窗户紗窗有洞，飛進了蒼蠅。 2、餐廳衞生條件差，衹有一位做飯的大媽，服務態度差，見到過來就餐的客人説話難聽，不想有客人就餐，嫌麻煩。早餐衹有米線和麪條，而且衹有鹹菜做的鹵。 3、前台服務員服務態度差，説話難聽，找他們取水和拖鞋，前台嘟噥説事兒多。 4、酒店在衚衕裏，道路狹窄，小院小且門口狹窄，進出車容易刮蹭，如果選擇這家，建議不要開車，不然大概率會被訛。因老闆人品差，故意放一個三輪車在門口道路上，等待客人不小心刮蹭後，老闆再與售車店老闆串通訛人訛客人。客人問老闆協商，問老闆需要多少錢，老闆説辭是電動車上有電話，你們自己聯繫，他沒有聯繫方式，沒有電話和微信，要求是必須修好。他們兩方抓住客人是外地的，而且不會和他們浪費時間，就説刮蹭了他們衹能換件，不能噴漆，然後使勁訛客人。入住的兩天，老闆連續兩天訛了兩波客人。 5、上傳兩張酒店前台，和售車行老闆的聊天記錄，過程此處描述一下。租的商務車車險理賠，需要擺拍一張刮蹭的圖，老闆上午幫忙用他的三輪車擺拍，還幫忙把三輪車搬到車跟前，還建議貼的緊一些，下午租車公司小夥兒過來取走車後，老闆説剛才蹭了他的車。昨天發微信説找到蹭他們車的人了，今天又誣陷是我們蹭的，然後勾結售車老闆訛錢。
