Excellent service with very clean room. Materials in the room are with high quality.

I read almost every review before booking this and all of them praised the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. However this was not the case with the room I booked. You can refer to the pictures. The room could really do with maintenance. The cleaning and sanitization were not of an effective manner. The cleaning staff would basically sweep and change the bins that’s it. The bathroom really needed some care. Every single towel I was given had brown stains and marks on them. The throw on the bed had food stains. The walls had blood stains. And the basin unit hadn’t been wiped and had marks on it. The couch also had marks and stains on it. The buns both looked like they hadn’t been sanitized or washed in ages and had marks. At things the bathroom had a sewage smell and the bedding smelt of old cigarettes smoke. Some more care and attention to simple hygiene and cleaning would go a long way. The sound insulations was so poor that every time someone used the bathroom upstairs it could make a huge noise which was very loud. The bed however was comfy and the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location to the old town. But for the price I made I could have got a better place which included breakfast! Simply feel ripped off.
