We reserved 4-person suite for 2 days. The hotel offered free pickup and drop off service at the train station. Unfortunately, we do not have wechat so we cannot link with driver on the phone so the pickup service is not possible. There is a golf cart at the hotel to pick us up at the entrance and send us to anywhere around Santorini free of charge. We have elders who cannot walk upstairs for many steps so this service is helpful. The hotel staff don't speak English but they try very hard to service us on every request. Overall good value for the money.

The ambiance here is fantastic, with stunning photo opportunities around every corner. The complimentary shuttle service within the park grounds was incredibly convenient. The service was absolutely impeccable, making the entire experience wonderfully smooth.

The room was very clean. The toiletries were excellent and offered a wide selection. Hotel service was great; they provided full pick-up and drop-off service for us. The butler service was both prompt and attentive.

An absolutely luxurious and unforgettable stay! This place is perfect for couples — the room came with a bathtub and high-quality amenities that made everything feel so pampering and romantic.
One of the best parts was their 24-hour shuttle service. They even contacted me a day in advance to arrange free pick-up from the railway station, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When I arrived, the room was prepared with traditional Chinese desserts, welcome drinks, and a beautiful fruit platter — it really made me feel welcomed and valued.
A big thanks to 小赵 for arranging everything so well, and for the special gift during check-out — such a sweet gesture!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended for a relaxing, romantic getaway

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Our butler was incredibly attentive.
They offered some great amenities:

very strategic and near to Longkan pier (just across the street) and near to the scenic hill.
Breakfast: 10/10 talking about food is dependent on personal taste. It is not a buffet type breakfast, but just with the meal presentation, we can taste their sincerity and humbleness. Really love the minced meat for the noodles and the soy milk👍🏼
