環境很好，離古城大概2公里，最佳出行方式是打車出行，設施偏陳舊老化，老闆人很好説話，喜歡山上安靜的可以考慮

第三次入住這家民宿了，文筆村除了打車困難一點，位置還是很棒的，可以飽覽蒼洱風光。客房空間比較寬敞舒適，採光很好，呆在房間裏也很舒服，洗手枱偏高，冬天不能用空調也是冷，其他都不錯。

和男朋友來雲南拍婚紗照因為攝影師也住在這家民宿所以就直接選了這家民宿住了兩晚 首先位置在山坡上面 步行下去的話差不多得有走個十分鐘 稍微有一點點偏 不過也挺好打車的 民宿裝修的挺好看的 很文藝適合拍照的人住 我們住的房間沒有空調所以晚上挺冷的 後面住了別的民宿發現就不冷 所以可能是房間保暖不太好 環境是挺乾淨的 屬於半自助的所以沒有看到過前台 總的來説還行吧 比較滿意

真的超級喜歡，出門就是小花園，簡直就是我理想的民宿，也很乾凈，都是一次性的毛巾浴巾，拍照也很好看，床也很舒服，唯一的缺點就是我喜歡睡懶覺，隔音不太好，前台的聲音跟馬路的聲音很吵，所以衹住了一晚就換地兒，但是早起去玩的可以不睡懶覺完全忽略這點兒。

得益於老闆熬的米湯和能讓我好好休息的房間，胃腸炎好轉，大理天氣也轉晴啦，開開心心抓緊時間半日遊洱海🌸洱海很美，民宿很好，下次來還住，親測老闆雖然佛系，但態度還是很熱情滴，大家可以放心入住哈

330元的豪華大床房，房間比較大，有2個窗户，比較乾淨。説兩個情況：
一是基本沒有前台服務，主要表現在當天入住的時候敲不開門，打不通電話，在太陽下曬了半小時才進去，有一位保潔阿姨辦理入住。晚上回房間的時候大門鎖了，前台沒人，打電話給老闆才給側門的密碼回去，出入不是很方便。
二是房間隔音效果不佳，入住第二天早上7點隔壁房子就開始裝修，房間裏聽的一清二楚。白天還會有拍婚紗照的人在外面化粧，拍攝，上下樓和説話聲聽的很清楚。
