9月14號夜班戴小銀鎖的小姐姐 服務態度真心挺差！ ！ 要不是當時太晚 我一定問你叫什麼名字 1. 辦着入住還要打電話 難道你的經理沒有教過你看到了人來了要問好 不當著客人面玩手機接聽私人電話嗎？ 2. 一副高人一等的樣子 房間有垃圾袋沒有收拾乾淨 要求換一個房間 就像欠了她幾百萬一樣 跨着個臉 多説兩句就不耐煩 最起碼 對我們説一句不好意思了 都不會 幹什麼服務行業？ 房卡扯回去重新拿一個房卡 像衹蒼蠅一樣説房號 我們重問一遍房號就愛答不理 瞟一眼 嗯 不知道你是剛踏入酒店行業還是沒人教過你禮貌用語 真的如果當時不是忙着有事情需要辦 我一定現場投訴你那一副看不起人的樣子 3. 難道覺得門店客人就不用上心 敷衍了事隨便服務 覺得反正我們也點評不了？ 你就是老大
才來大理就選了住格林 沒想到被拽姐弄的心情極差！以後出門還是自己做惡人吧 別讓前台作為服務行業門面的人欺負！

房間可以，位置方便，除了附近不知道是在施工還是怎麼樣，打車很麻煩，除了酒店服務員嫌打掃衞生，嫌棄丟垃圾，其他都不錯，建議太年輕真的不適合當服務員。

設施：公寓式酒店，有地下停車場，比較正規
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：周邊在改道，進出要繞道，附近有大型商場和超市，比較方便
服務：前台服務不錯，
唯一不足的就是空調不熱，有個暖風機依然感覺到冷，改進一下會更好。

入住的時候不知道修路，撥打前台電話前台小帥哥耐心點指路，辦入住時小帥哥也是熱情接待，退房也是小帥哥接待，入住退房都很流暢，給優秀的前台小帥哥點贊👍服務真好！下次去大理還會繼續選擇，性價比也很高。
