Staff members are very friendly and helpful.
Director of FB, Front desk manager really take care of your stay. Not only your preference but also prepare extra for your breakfast.
However, the AC suddenly became so noisy at night and I had to move to other room.
Gentleman should try their spa service and Nina was very good for the oil massage.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel, everything is just right, comfortable lighting, we get to catch fireworks on new year. The only problem we had was with the slippers, somehow it kept on picking up dust n hair from the room carpet. I hope they will draw attention to this matters.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and was satisfied with my experience. The hotel, being newly built was clean and offered excellent service. The only minor inconvenience was that accessing the room required going up to the top floor lobby and then taking a different elevator down. Despite this small inconvenience, my overall experience was positive and I would consider staying here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Not only did they kindly accommodate our early check-in and late check-out, but they also surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even providing their WeChat contact for easy communication if we needed anything.
It’s clear that this hotel truly cares about their guests’ comfort and special occasions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming and personalized stay. Thank you for making my boyfriend’s birthday so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

My family enjoyed staying here! The hotel is nice and new. Centrally located to all the tourist attractions. Breakfast was colorful with variety for everyone. The only problem I had was that I had to call three times for them to deliver an extra blanket and took over an hour. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Everyone at the Four Seasons is incredibly proactive and kind, always ready to assist whether it's answering tour questions or engaging in a friendly chat. The room was absolutely amazing, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The food was exceptional, with every meal surpassing our expectations.
