實惠地滿足我的需要，滿意。評價是相對於價錢/個人情況/需要的。離桃源地鐵站不遠，公交也方便，附近有大型平民商場/市集，食店。參加大型長時間耗體力户外活動，起終點在傅家莊公園，這裏走過去不用1小時，考慮到清晨4-5點打不到車的可能（預估很多人同時打車，不排除過千人），這是要重點考慮的。接近付家莊公園的酒店，我的證件類型可入住的，價位不是這個檔次。住三晚，訂時已知道第二天全天不在，第二晚還未完成活動不能回來睡，接着晨早回來後要補睡，這是我的情況。我訂的房間68塊錢一晚（攜程種種優惠下），很小，一張床跟浴室外空間就一點點，沒有外窗，但我反正多時在外，有一個白天要天昏地暗地補覺，這些不便影響不大，換來便宜的宿費我很樂意。事實上不同情況的人可訂別的房型。走廊有不大的公用空間，我不知道有沒有其它的。

房間一股怪味這是最大的問題 ，我朋友們都説臭的睡不着，四人間空間非常狹小行李箱打不開衹能去走廊開行李箱，除了床基本沒有別的設備，這個倒也好説，主要是衞生問題，氣味和床品不乾淨。公共區域的廁所和淋浴間倒是還可以的。我們本來定的兩晚，衹住了幾個小時就撤了去別的地方住了，攜程定的住宿費在下單兩小時後就不能退了，衹能認栽

很棒的小屋，很温暖，一點都不冷。房間名也很好玩哈哈哈。平常出差啥的或者臨時住一晚真的很舒服！老闆人也很好！（手機像素不行，也沒開燈顯的有點暗，總體來説不錯）

首先最主要的就是價格在這個旅遊旺季比較便宜，地理位置在西崗區，交通比較方便，周圍是居民區，有一些生鮮超市和飯店，還有桃源菜市場，地鐵口有個商場，青旅門口有公交，距離桃源地鐵站需要走一段距離，不遠不近。
缺點很明顯，青旅，隔音比較一般，如果住三五十的那種床位應該性價比挺高的，大床房有獨衞，但是門口是公共洗漱間和淋浴間，半夜總有人洗漱，隔音差，水龍頭的聲音，還有門口説話聽得清清楚楚，低樓層，所以有點潮，房間較小，空調需要單獨收費。但是旅遊旺季100多的價格可以理解。
不過衞生還可以，床單什麼的都是白白的沒有污漬
老闆服務態度挺好的，我説想開空調有點潮，得知另收費被我拒絕之後免費用除濕機幫我除了個潮，也解決了問題。（目前温度確實空調不是剛需，可以理解）
總體上基於旅遊旺季的價格來説還可以吧。不吐血推薦但是也不踩雷（因為其他在市區附近離景點較近的酒店價格在300-500）
