房間比較乾淨整潔，給我安排的房間不錯，可以看見大海，北方的冬天異常寒冷，但是房間的暖氣非常非常好，可以穿短袖短褲，點贊，房間也很安靜，沒有透音的問題，距離地鐵站200米，樓下吃的也多，適合常住，也是個情侶幽會，出差偶爾落個腳也可以，性價比也不錯。

上鋪空間小碰頭床硬，衞生間推拉門裡麪沒把手關不上，投影儀沒會員看不了，洗臉盆小，衹有矮樓層離樓下露台近，自來水有味衹能買礦泉水，大門無法反鎖不安全。

如果來大連旅遊，住宿選在梭魚南是明智選擇；一，離大連火車站僅一站地鐵，説是跨海，實際就是市中心；二，全是新公寓，價錢卻比市中心便宜一大截；三，離周水子機場不遠，打車約20元錢；四，五號線，連接金石灘和漁人碼頭。我選的這家，配置相當好，非常滿意。

性價比超高的一所酒店公寓，乾淨衞生，裏面有冰箱、洗衣機，下樓就是便利店、生鮮超市、各種品牌餐館，旁邊就是地鐵5號線，去哪都方便，更重要的是距離梭魚灣足球場很近，帶着孩子住幾天，看場球，很棒的體驗！

整體還不錯，路兩邊可以停車免費的，樓下各種餐廳，出行還挺方便，服務也不錯，挺貼心的比較接地氣，老闆很隨和，還幫我們熱了打包的菜，煮了一些海鮮，離梭魚灣足球場也很近。

連着住了4晚，還是挺方便的，除了不好做飯之外都不錯，海景房、有冰箱，陽光很好，曬衣服不錯。樓下有美食，離地鐵站5分鐘，公交車站5分鐘左右，出行方便。
