A super neat and clean place which lights up the whole place. Nice sea view and location which are near to the tourist attractions. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, a good place to stay in! Will come back again if I have a chance to!

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are some apartments in a residential building.
Nice view overlooking the habour.
The reception is an old man who calls the owner for check-in by video call. (Not sure if they speak English so heads-up for international travelers)
The room is clean. The bed is spacious.
It is around 15 min walk to the metro station.

It’s very close to the sea, the view was great and the room was very comfortable. We also liked the unique loft style room design and decorations.

If you are going to stay at this facility, you would better consider it as a kind of AirB&B.
It is not a hotel. It is a part of an apartment. It has no lobby. The reception is one of the apartment room.

Very satisfied with the stay, the boss is very considerate, and the room price is very affordable at this time. This consumption with these facilities is really unbeatable. Now the weather in Dalian is very good and the flowers are blooming. It is very comfortable to stroll along Zhang Binhai Road. It is definitely worthy of praise. Finally, the boss's business is booming.
