酒店屬於公寓型酒店，位於大連東港濱海路（威尼斯水城），環境優美；酒店房間設施齊全衞生不錯，房間比較大，老闆服務態度挺好……不含早餐，可以點外賣；午餐晚餐可以選擇乘地鐵2號線-1號地鐵，或者乘公交車13路到市區……值得推薦（比較清靜）

來威尼斯水城玩，就附近找到了在水一方公寓，房間特別乾淨舒適，窗外的海景也特別美，特別要感謝店主白先生，因為趕時間退房，忘了拿走衣櫃裏掛着的裙子，白先生髮現後通知我，又找順豐快遞寄給我，服務態度非常好，下次來大連還會選擇住這間公寓。

老闆很好，親自到樓下接上樓；酒店位置特別好，下樓馬路對面就是威尼斯水城，海邊喂海鷗、看噴泉也很近；房間乾淨明亮，特別是看海景視野很棒，非常滿意！

搜了好久選了維多利亞，靠海 ，風景特別好 面朝大海春暖花開 夜景也美 哈哈哈 離地鐵近 房間很乾凈 洗漱設施一應俱全 由於入住的太晚 小哥哥一直在等 心裏暖暖的 附近有邊上可以有劃線的停車位 總的來説 乾淨 舒服 有種回家的感覺

之前看了評論，看了些差評，就抱着試試看加了店家微信，五一期間特惠大床房還能90度看海景。價錢是高點，但是五一週邊都是這個價錢。下樓左手邊就威尼斯水城。右手邊走一小段就噴泉廣場。娃娃和先生都很滿意，娃娃特意買個冰激凌坐窗台看景吃。
評論裏有説服務態度不好。或許是我運氣好換人了吧。反正接我們的小老弟態度一直很好。還給了周圍吃的意見。到點説有100的房卡按金。我發客服微信了，第二天退房時，我看人家也沒收啊！自動返還了。反正整體給我的印象是：下次來還訂這兒～～～

整體非常滿意，地理位置特別好，樓下就是威尼斯水城，走五分鐘就到海邊，交通也很方便。樓上看到的景緻特別好。
環境：環境非常好，能看到海景和噴泉
衞生：乾淨整潔，比較新，整體設施比較完善
