Second, during my trip to Dalian, there was not a single missed call on my mobile phone. I was really angry about this kind of blame-shifting and dishonest service attitude. It was just a small matter. Was it so difficult for them to just call me and apologize and admit their negligence in their work? Why did they have to push their mistakes onto the guests right away? Do you really think this kind of service is good? The 2.5 points for service were given to the staff who shirked their responsibilities. The customer service and cleaning service were still very good, and the house was cleaned very cleanly and promptly every day.
