我是因為擔心延誤火車時間、才選擇入住大連北站附近“桔子酒店”的“加州陽光大床房”，前台接待人員的態度一直都很和氣，但，我對入住的過程很不滿意 。 辦理入住時，那位接待女生問我“您的房間窗户有遮擋物，方便透露一下您攜程的價格、我們將以最低價為您更換房型嗎？” 我拒絕了，堅持要原來預訂的房型 。 進入給我安排的405房間，我看到房間陰暗、空氣渾濁、唯一的小窄窗窗外確實有遮擋物，直到發現電視機是壞的後，我才與前台人員聯繫，她先説是“找人維修”，過了十分鐘左右，她又表示為我升級房型 。 進入升級後的房間----408房間後，我表示基本滿意 。 仔細想想，開始不是應該安排我進408嗎？我預訂的不就是“陽光房”嗎？為什麼最開始要向我打聽攜程的價格？為什麼要我到“黑屋”走一遭？
