When you got off elevator it smelled like poop. Otherwise staff was amazing room was great!!

Overall the room was great and spacious. The location is well situated and easily accessible to shopping and dining options. Unfortunately the elevators had issues and needed to wait long times to come and go.

The hotel lived up to my expectations. Not only was it clean and aesthetically pleasing, but the service was great. I'd recommend any one traveling to Dallas to stay here.

The elevator has not been repaired for three days, the parking fee is overcharged, and it is very troublesome to return it.

It's a decent hotel close to the Galleria. However, it's difficult to navigate to the Westin hotel if the Galleria Mall is closed. A great feature was the free parking. Could be loud sometimes. Otherwise pleasant staff. Would stay again.

The hotel room itself was nice and clean however, I was charged for & paid for an extra person yet we had NO extra blankets or pillows or towels or wash cloths. When the elevator went out of order, we weren't told how to find the other elevator or stairs. There were lots of "soccer" guests that were exceedingly rude, actually pushy and literally screaming up and down the hallways knocking on all the doors, and management did nothing. Also it is not mentioned or posted at all when looking but it cost $20 a night to park and there is not enough parking, so it cost us $20 to circle and circle until somebody left and we could find a parking place. Overall, I'd recommend you to stay elsewhere.

Very loud noice on the west side of the building. The electrical room with air conditioning has the room trimbling with a vibration of sound. Changed rooms three times in one night. Customer services were excellent in handling because the hotel registration desk in in the same area and they can hear it. They gave us a complimentary late checkout and breakfast. Staff was except in restaurant and front desk. I give them 5 stars!

As soon as we pulled up to the property we were blown away by how beautiful the building is. Check in was a breeze, thanks to the kind staff members who seemed pretty knowledgeable of the hotel standards and regulations. Massively spacious area, with stylish and comfy seating all around. The dining area and bar were magnificent. I have to say the elevators were so smooth and fast. I was impressed with the elevators and highly satisfied with them. Our room was very clean and the bed was like a cloud! Only thing I would complain about is our room temperature would never get below 72 degrees even at night. We were a bit uncomfortable at night. Didn't put too big of a damper on our stay though. They did have a water break on our second night there and they had a crew in to fix it immediately. It had a big impact on me that they got plumbers so fast and had different service crews there to help with clean up. Very timely. Walk right across the street to get into the Galleria was fast and easy as well. Will definitely be staying here again!!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The decor and ambiance were gorgeous. My room was so clean and well designed. I can’t wait to come back and right across from the mall. Lots of shopping and dining options. Thank you for an amazing stay!
