Great vacation, good location near beach. Hotel staff was very help and friendly, we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Hotel was room was clean and updated, we really enjoyed at stay and plan to go back again.

This hotel is convenient for longer stay, because there are many amenities like sofa, balcony, spacious bedroom, hot tub and free breakfast. Right across the hotel is the beach and also very close to San Clemente if you travel with car. The breakfast was really good with great variety, and bed was comfortable! The only thing is a little noisy

We went for a one-night stay. There was something sticky on the floor in our suite which says that the cleaning was not thorough. The room was very spacious and the ocean view was lovely. The price was very good but I would not stay there again. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the doors to the bedroom and the bathroom do not stay open without propping them open with the trash can or your luggage. Walls and doors need painting as it appears they do not clean them. The noise of the train going by may disturb you. It’s a busy track with both freight trains and passenger trains. Lastly, the mattress is of extremely poor quality—very hard and noisy every time you get up or turn over. Very uncomfortable even if you prefer a firm mattress.

Disappointing hotel. Pool condemned and no one would clean room and we were ther 3 days. You have to go find towels.

The staff was amazing! However they never came to clean. Always had to ask for coffee and clean towels. Not much around the area to walk to. I feel like it was the other part of Dana Point. The front desks team was very friendly and helpful!

Your picture in your ad is deceiving. I did not stay at this hotel in Dana Point. Your ad/pic looked like the room was oceanfront. It was not. A busy railroad track was before the beach. Your pic/ad did not disclose the railroad track.
