It’s rundown and in need of a refresh. There’s been so much smoking over the years that it can no longer be masked, even if you make the rooms non-smoking now. Also, the in-room heating/cooling system needs to be updated.

Traveling with my brother in his wheelchair and my elderly father there was Enough room to maneuver the wheelchair around even though it was tight but we we're only there to sleep. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly until next time.

Found live bedbug in the morning in the bed. Took photo and dead body to manager and she did a refund for the room. Now worried that I am carrying them around in my suitcase.. Uggg!

Staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns. My wife has back issues and they quickly found a suitable chair which was delivered to our room so she was able to comfortably watch TV

Every employee was very friendly. We especially liked the breakfast worker, who really worked hard to keep all of the food options filled. AND, the breakfast was THE BEST! We had trouble with our TV at first, and the lady who came up to tell us how to work it was VERY nice and helpful. The rooms and the whole building and parking were very clean. The location was very convenient to the bridges to Halifax, to the ferry to Halifax and to local Dartmouth stores, restaurants and pubs. WE DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I found this stay to be comfortable. Bed was great. Breakfast was hot and good with many options; I have to avoid wheat and there were many options for me.
Staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

We checked in late and when they noticed we had lots of bags(moving a kid to university)they upgraded our room on the main floor(no elevator), we were very appreciative of that.
The rooms was clean and comfortable. I actually slept well!
