Bright, clean, spacious. Our only issue was the very tiny parking spaces, you couldn't open your car doors.

The Hotel was clean and comfortable and the attendant who came to the room to fix the television was prompt and polite.
The big issue was the parking lot. The spaces are so narrow, it is almost impossible to park while allowing access for others to enter or exit their cars. Many people took up two spaces and in one case 3 spaces. The potention to have your car damaged is high in this lot. When we asked about overflow parking, we were directed to a lot a block away which was just not acceptable.
Prior to check out, we asked about the complimentary breakfast but we were denied because our reservation was at the Courtyard not the Residence ( same building).
The front desk staff did not ask us about our visit or thank us for choosing their hotel. Next time we will choose another hotel.

The parking spaces a very small. Not adequate space for many SUVs as a result many people parked well over the space as marked
