The resort is beautiful, clean and well organised. The restaurants are varied and the choice is excellent. The staff are very well trained, friendly and caring. It really is an impressive set up where everyone wants you to have the very best. Juliana, our concierge was particularly impressive, she gave us lots of advice and helped us with special requests, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Service absolutely outstanding from the moment you arrive to even after you’ve left. Food superb throughout and amazing facilities including at least eight swimming pools. All staff brilliant. Our personal concierge, Juliana, was out of this world and helped us arrange meals, boat trips, Tesla for the day, transfer back to the airport etc

There are many delicious restaurants to choose from and the facilities are fantastic. There are countless pools, a spacious gym, and many sports on offer, including water skiing, tennis , table tennis, football, basketball and beach volleyball. There are great tennis coaches and gym instructors. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Napoleon, Achilles, Phoebus,(from the sports centre), Theodoros, Johana,(from the restaurants) and Eleni(from the reception). We recommend Ikos Dassia highly.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful trip as a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a 2 year old and a six month baby. We all loved the hotel and felt we were all suited. The main attraction was the a la carte dining where children are welcome. We felt the hotel gave a luxury feel to a family holiday. I got off to a bad start regarding my disappoin**ent with the room. Eleni in Sky reception accepted my opinion and arranged a new room with Kira from Guest Services. Whenever I saw Eleni she welcomed me by name and asked about the trip. Also left a lovely message and wine on departure. Kira was so helpful and came to find us on several occasions to enquire all was well. She left a bottle of wine with a kind message in our new room. We used all the facilities… a la cartes.. fantastic.. Tesla.. amazing. Spa.. excellent. Sunset cruise …such a nice idea. We also went to The Fish Tavern on dine out. The food was so authentic and the staff lovely, a really nice experience. We couldn’t rate the hotel staff highly enough. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, nothing too much bother. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Dassia, you gave us a wonderful holiday.

AMAZING, we travelled as a party of 8, absolutely nothing to fault, the hotel is stunning, it smells absolutely gorgeous, the staff are all amazing, you will not be disappointed, this was our 2nd visit and it was just as good as I remembered, giving it a miss this year for Andalusia but I will definitely be returning

Having travelled around the world, this is the best hotel and resort I have had the pleasure of staying in. The hotel is immaculate. The staff are the and level of service is above and beyond. The entertainment is fantastic, and the food is incredible. Thank you so much for having us.

Ikos Dassia Sea Building and all restaurants made our two week stay the most relaxing. It is certainly hats off to the attention to detail and the kindness of all staff we would be hard pushed to find a better holiday destination. It wasn’t all seemless but wow they really looked after us. Restaurants Kerkyra, Ergon and Flavours with Wine bar being our favourites along with Adult side of the beach. Free shuttle busses and culture tickets were an added bonus for exploring. Favourite food - posh fish n chips, Cannelloni, Lamb and Baclava.

Every aspect of this Hotel was excellent. Food, housekeeping and cleanliness were superb. The Gardens are well sculpted and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Julianna our concierge who could not do enough and provided the most excellent service.Also a special mention to Mr Timoleon Antonakis who as senior general manager was approachable and charming. We look forward to an early return.

Beautiful hotel, food excellent and most staff are fantastic. We did really enjoy our stay overall but had some minor problems which we wouldn’t have expected at ikos. We had some issues with private ikos transfer on the way to the hotel - car seat not installed etc. Check in took nearly an hour after midnight with young children, we weren’t the only ones arriving via ikos transfer but only one staff member was on at reception. Check out was fine but at time of transfer lots of confusion about which building we were in where our bags were gone etc. We felt the kids club was not at standard of other ikos we had visited. Could be perfect and lots of it is.
