整體都挺不錯的，新開業也很乾凈。
前台和房間服務人員都特別好，因為週日到的早，吃完午飯1點多，帶着家裡長者想問一下可否提前入住，還希望能有兩間挨着的房子，全部都協助解決了。
早點自助也很好，不用擔心長者早起，我們起不來他們餓着～一早上還有刀削麪！離店還有伴手禮，水給的也足，冰箱裏還有免費小飲料，推薦推薦～～

又來大同吃吃吃，這次選的漫心酒店住的很舒服，地理位置不錯，離火車站，古城牆都近，附近吃的也很多！有名一點的館子附近都有，現在是淡季基本不用排隊😄房間面積夠大，設施完善，衞生也很不錯。前台接待熱情，給我們介紹了旅遊攻略😊推薦大家來！

這次入住大同漫心酒店的體驗非常棒，整體感受令人印象深刻。房間寬敞明亮，因為是角落房，所以有兩面大窗户，採光極佳；浴室和衞生間都很寬裕，使用起來非常舒適。整體環境乾淨整潔，住着很愜意。早餐的種類豐富、搭配得當，中西式都有。尤其要特別推薦他們家的羊雜粉——羊雜軟中帶Q、湯頭濃郁，是我吃過最好的！
最想點讚的是前台工作人員的熱情與專業。我不小心把購物袋落在滴滴車上，前台的小陳、小楊以及劉先生都毫不猶豫地幫我聯繫平台客服，也聯繫上師傅，最後成功找回，非常感激。住得太滿意了，我們甚至臨時決定多住兩晚，繼續享受這份舒適與安心。
總體來説，大同漫心酒店無論在硬件還是服務上都表現出色，性價比極高。下次再來大同，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏。

大同是我們國慶山西之行的最後一站。漫心酒店給了我們此行最大的驚喜！和這兩年甚囂塵上的某季相比，也太低調了吧？不管是服務還是早餐，都好太多啦！國慶期間650的價含雙早也是夠良心了。我們一家四口風塵僕僕趕到酒店的時候，前台工作人員為我們端來了自己熬煮的熱乎乎的梨湯，暖到了心裏。我注意到還有兩款保温養生茶及小點心可以選擇，好用心。房間裏有贈送的小禮品，冰箱裏還有免費的飲料。連不限量的礦泉水都是源自廣西巴馬。早餐堪稱琳琅滿目，品質都非常好，連水果選品都不含糊，好遺憾我的胃口太小實在吃不過來。在服務人員的熱心推薦之下，現場製作的刀削麪是我來山西這些天吃過的最好吃的麪食，回味無窮。房間的床品舒適性很高，隔音很好，一夜好眠。感恩……

絕對優秀的酒店員工，並不是説十全十美，而是態度認真，服務熱情，響應積極，全員訓練有素，友善待客，房間温馨舒適，隔音很好，即便臨街也不覺得吵，酒店硬件設施出色，雖然地面車位劃得實在有點侷促，但是地下車庫絕對是我住過的華住酒店裡最棒的，剩下的意見要提給酒店的管理方，靠減員未必可以增效，酒店業競爭加劇的當下，客人入住體驗相信你們也認為非常重要，但是因為人員短缺造成房間打掃不及時，我不覺得這是員工的責任，而是管理者需要檢討的問題，靠壓縮人員開支衹會造成服務水平的下降，到頭來無疑是捨本逐末，不要辜負員工的辛苦付出，也不要衹一味讓員工打回訪電話，現在問題提出來了，如何解決是領導層需要考慮的，大同漫心給我們的入住體驗非常好，真心希望越辦越好。

25年新開的酒店，設施很新很好用，雖然味道多少還是有一點，但大同很多酒店都是新開的，對比起來算味道輕的，可以放心住。美中不足枕頭有些沒支撐，睡的不太舒服。管理標準化做的很不錯，前台甚至清潔人員都禮貌熱情（除了麪檔大師傅有點不耐煩），態度讓人如沐春風。不過服務細節還是有可以提升的地方，比如第二天早上在前台辦理了續住，晚上回來才發現房卡開不開門，又找到前台解決。入住時説離店有伴手禮，退房時卻沒有主動給予客人。總之作為新開的酒店，還是十分優秀的，加油。

酒店新開的，首先位置非常好，走路紫泥369幾分鐘內，老柴刀削麪200多米，距離鼓樓城牆也很方便。酒店環境很安靜尤其乾淨整潔，房間大小也合適，床品也睡得很舒服，還贈送了免費飲料及當地特產小吃，每一位服務人員都很親和，主動打招呼，有需要及時提供，因第二天一早我們出發早，特意幫忙打包了早餐帶走。尤其是前台小高美女非常的貼心，因我老公把房卡拿走去鳳臨閣排隊了，我説晚點再給閃送或者送回來，美女及時幫我們溝通解決了免了我們再次折返，真心推薦的一家以人為本的酒店，下次來大同還會選擇的酒店超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

前台小姐姐都很熱情，經理小哥哥很nice幫升級了房間,於是連住了3晚，大廳有免費茶水和梨湯，餐廳有4款熱菜每天不重樣，也算花心思了，房間小冰箱有礦泉水，可樂和雪碧，貼心的!
