酒店停車場停車很方便，酒店大廳裝修大氣，前台服務人員非常熱情，到店時房間還沒收拾出來，前台貼心推薦了附近的砂鍋居非常好吃。房間內智能控制，乾淨整潔，設施設備都很新，洗澡水很沖，早點種類多，吃的舒服，酒店位置距離大同古城華嚴寺、九龍壁、代王府和雲岡石窟都很方便。總之，這是本次路途中最滿意的一次住宿，強烈推薦給來大同旅遊的朋友們

大堂明亮。大廳佈局合理，寬敞明亮，裝飾高雅，免費提供茶水。
房間舒適。新開業酒店，房間面積寬敞，設施齊全，床墊舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，熱水豐沛。
早餐豐富。餐廳環境優雅，早餐品種豐富，搭配合理。
服務周到。服務人員熱情大方，服務周到細緻，有求必應。家裡人感冒了，服務人員在收拾房間的時候發現了，特意寫了標簽提醒注意事項，服務員特別用心的把服務做到了極致，退房時已經表達了謝意，再次提出表揚！

工作人員都很熱情，提出要求，也都很快解決，雖然是十一，服務品質還是有保障。
酒店是小區底商，不臨主幹路，很安靜，出門有便利店，100米左右底商有餐飲，步行10分鐘左右有個商場，距離古城得打車，大概11-13元。
酒店應該是新開業，各項設施都很新，衞生巾和淋浴間完全分離的設計方便了一家人的需求。
早餐種類不多，但能滿足日常飲食，葷素搭配，有水果，飲料，刀削麪很不錯，羊雜粉家人認為不如刀削麪地道。
門口車位不多，酒店會協調車位，酒店沒有充電樁，旁邊小區有可以隨時充電。

新開業的酒店，房間安靜整潔、寬敞明亮，設施齊全且品質優良，衞生間做到了乾濕分離，床墊睡起來也很舒適。前台服務員熱情禮貌，迴應問題迅速到位！餐廳的服務員大姐微笑問好，並一一介紹了當日早餐品種，十分周到！早餐品種豐富，不論是西點還是中餐都有涵蓋，像我這樣對早餐比較挑剔的人，也感到滿意。特別要提一下酒店的劉經理，這位小夥子辦事幹練細緻，待人親切有禮，令人印象深刻！
這次我們全家從重慶出發，途經西安、平遙、太原、五台山，一路住到大同，對這家酒店的整體體驗最為認可。無論是酒店的硬件設施，還是員工的服務態度與專業素養，都讓我們全家一致好評。這次我們是從大同前往內蒙古，相信將來再遊大同時，一定會再次選擇入住！
另外也想提幾個細節建議：洗衣房的洗烘衣機設備高檔且新，但烘乾機的高度對身材較矮或老年人不太友好，取放衣物不太方便。此外，洗衣房內如能增設桌椅會更貼心——雖然有無線洗衣，但如果客人洗滌的是貴重衣物，可能更願意邊等邊坐一會兒，順便看看手機。還有就是停車場畫線的問題，建議優化車位佈局，不能指望每位車主停車時都會主動為他人預留足夠空間。

非常好的一次體驗，新店奢華典雅，木質裝修感覺非常雅緻，早餐因為還沒到旺季，所以暫時沒開。但除了牛奶餛飩是我們點的，其他食物簡直不要太豐盛：包子花捲豆沙包，雞蛋麪包月餅蛋撻，玉米地瓜，拌菜香菇油菜，還有各種小鹹菜。服務員熱情周到，老闆娘熱情耐心細緻的聽從我們對新店的建議，讓我們一行四人對此次入住非常滿意，祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進！
