The location is superb, right within the ancient city. For those driving, parking is available at the Nine Dragon Wall parking lot, just a 100-meter walk away. Despite being in a tourist area, it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Guandi Temple is also conveniently located nearby. The service was excellent, and breakfast was quite good too. Both the owner and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Although the May Day holiday prices were significantly higher than usual, the convenience made it completely worthwhile. Highly recommended!

The auntie manning the hotel is very friendly. Although meals are not included in the booking, she still made us welcome fruits & drinks and even breakfast. Also trying to help us with our tours with a local tour guide. The price for the local tour guide is very reasonable.

We were so incredibly fortunate to discover this homestay. It truly exceeded all our expectations in every single way. My mom even celebrated her birthday here, which was a joyous occasion for her. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we get the chance to visit Datong in the future.

Absolutely fantastic, 5-star recommended! The homestay is perfectly situated on a charming antique-style street within the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient to reach all major attractions and easily hail a taxi right outside. The two lovely hostesses were exceptionally warm and patient, always greeting us with a cheerful smile and making us feel completely at home. Breakfast is served every morning, and we loved enjoying it leisurely in the quaint little courtyard – it was truly delightful! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and anything we needed, we just had to ask the ladies. All the facilities were great, ensuring we had a perfect holiday in Datong.
