Fabulous hotel room to celebrate out wedding anniversary.
Room is big , luxury and view is beautiful.
Something may need to aware: the sink in the bathroom is a bit stuck, the water draining very slow.
The edge of the shower area, mould started to build, may need to repair and replace the silicon on the edge .

We have to pay 30dollars for early check-in. The hotel is nice, clean, view is great. Thats what we should got after paying a lot. Nothing extraordinary. Thanks

This is our second time staying at the Crown hotel and I have to say that I think their service is now decreasing and not as good as before. They claim to be a six star hotel however they do not have turndown service like a true luxury five star hotel should have and instead they only offer it on weekends. I’m unsure of the rationale behind this however it must be related to cost cutting. There was also some issues regarding the cleans of the room however credit must go to the duty manager who rectified promptly leaving us satisfied.

Poor service, lazy staff, not helpful at all. We booked Harbour Bridge room but only can see the bridge at the corner when standing close to window. Facing us was a construction site and residential buildings!! Treating customer!!
front-desk and restaurant waitress are impolite, seldom seeing smile on faces nor saying hello, never heard any welcoming greetings, I couldn’t believe I was in so-called “the best” hotel in Sydney. Definitely no!
Conclusion: hardware is 5-star, software (service) is 1-star !!

Excellent staff, unanimously warm, friendly, and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were answered based on knowledge of the hotel’s facilities. The public rooms were all well managed and the guest accomodation of a very high standard. The food is always excellent, well presented and wholesome.
The only gripe is why sell coffee for $6 per cup - are margins so slim you need to sell coffee? Guests pay for a buffet breakfast or dinner - and then the meal is interrupted by an apologetic waiter or waitress, obviously embarrassed, advise that coffee, or extra coffee incurs a charge of

My experience was beautiful.
The hotel is modern beautiful, clean and friendly staff. Very good breakfast with so many varieties.
