When we had issues with our keys, checkin and parking one call was all it took to sort our problems. The apartment itself has very cozy beds, lots of things to cook and clean and a well sized TV. The balcony is also very large. If I could rate more than 5 I would. I will be staying here for all my future trips."

Based on the room category and additional cost, I expected a clearer view of Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Bridge, or even the Opera House. In reality, the harbour view was very limited and mostly blocked by surrounding buildings. I could hardly see the Harbour Bridge not to mention the to see the Opera House at all."
