There is no breakfast, the hotel is a self-built house, self-renovated homestay. The only downside is that there is no elevator. Fortunately, the floor is not very high! We booked a suite with three beds. You can see the mountains behind the house when you open the window. The air-conditioning is also very cool, but there is no water blocking the bathroom, which makes the room water flow. Overall it is good, worthy of the price!

The farmhouse is located near Mingshi Pastoral and it is very convenient to travel. The restaurant is operated downstairs, the price is reasonable, and there is free parking space, but the room is a bit small.

由於臨時來旅遊，那幾家網紅民宿都訂滿了，衹好選了這家。風景是不錯的，就在那一排網紅民宿後面，視野也是比較開闊的。
房間的話不用抱任何幻想，農家樂的水平。床特硬，水壓比較小，廁所是蹲坑，另外房間稍微有一點煙味。之前評論説沒有電梯，現在已經安裝了電梯了，比較方便。
一樓就是同一家的飯店，點了個粉和燒豬，粉還行，燒豬真很難吃，很膩，皮也很厚咬不動，我也不知道怎麼發神金從廣東過來要吃燒豬。菜沒有點，價格實在太貴了。
樓下停車位比較緊張，不過旁邊200米也有地方能免費停。樓下正對面有個超大停車場，裏面有充電樁，千萬不要上當受騙進去了。裏面充電費用本身特別貴，還要另收停車費。我充了20分鐘額外付了10元。
建議不用住在這邊，瀑布和田園兩個景點逛完下午就可以直接走了。我後面都沒有進田園，看別人分享，租電動車騎過去還會被攔着收費什麼的。
如果要住這家也可以不用在網上訂，直接去找老闆定會便宜很多。旁邊有人續住，一晚才178，我在這上面定是200。對房間有要求的就不用來了直接去那幾家網紅店就好。

定的時間比較晚，周圍的都訂滿了，最後做好心裏建設晚上11點多趕到明仕田園這家民宿入住的，可以説是一整個大崩潰，尤其是床也硬的要死，一晚上沒怎麼睡着，第二天天一亮連夜逃離，第二晚的房錢也不要了。500一晚訂這個民宿，狠狠地踩雷了

1.這個店的電話打爛，都沒人接。根本找不到人。
2.就過年3天漲價5倍，這種房子100元一晚都嫌貴。
3.就是馬路邊的農家自建房，5層樓，一樓是飯店，有電梯。酒店名字跟攜程上的不一致。
4.水小得可憐，廁所有臭味，床硬得要死，睡完渾身癢，電視打不開是壞的，wifi各種不穩定，一會兒連得上一會兒連不上.....根本毫無服務可言，老闆都找不到，幾個老頭兒在做事.....一言難盡
5.除了外面風景好，一無是處，但這一排都是這種農家民宿，何必住這一家

衞生：房間乾淨整潔，牆面地板都很乾凈
設施：有電梯，進出都很方便
環境：一樓有餐廳，吃飯很方便。烤豬很推薦。離景區大門一百米。很近
服務：入住服務員提醒入住本地可以免費進景區參加晚會活動。
整體感覺性價比很高。體驗不比千元房差太多
