A perfect stay for families who want a different experience. The staffs are very helpful! We request for a muslim breakfast and they gave us bun, egg and soy milk. We were very thankful. Theres also a restaurant nearby selling fried potatoes which us muslim can eat called Master Potato. Toilets are a bit far but very clean and well heated. Overall we were satisfied! Will definitely recommend to friends.

The experience was wonderful. Located halfway up the mountain, there's so much to enjoy that a single day feels too short. You can play in the snow right outside your door. The kids were completely engrossed for two days and one night; it was absolutely fantastic.

The room was very clean and warm. The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom felt a bit far, especially for nighttime trips. My child loved it, especially with the thick snow right outside the door, which made the experience even better! Overall, it was quite good. Overall, everything was excellent. The room was very warm, and the staff were exceptionally kind, making for a very pleasant experience. My only significant complaint is the noise; I couldn't get a wink of sleep. There was non-stop traffic all night, right outside the window. While the kids weren't affected, for adults, it was truly unbearable.

Overall, it was great! The kids absolutely loved being able to play in the snow right outside the door. However, it did get quite dry at night because of the electric blanket and heater. Also, the bathroom was a bit of a walk away, so if those things are a concern for you, a traditional hotel might be a better fit.

The room was wonderfully warm, not cold at all, and the bed was also very cozy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that they had already switched on both the room heating and the electric blanket beforehand, so it was perfectly toasty the moment I walked in. I stayed there for two nights with my family. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff helped me a-lot to reach timely at the mountain camp site, without their guidance, I could not make it because the cable car service ends at 21:30. I have plenty of time to reach Xiling mountain from Chengdu but taxi driver was too slow and I had to change the taxi mid journey from Chengdu to Xiling Mountain. As I am non-chinese speaker, the staff of the hotel helped me to talk to my taxi driver and guide him about the route and location of cable car entrance, during my journey. When we reach the cable car entrance, a hotel staff lady was already there to receive us. We reach there iabout 10 mins before closing of cable car service. They also helped me to book the tickets for cable car.
The camp site is a clean and beautiful place. There are common washrooms which are clean and have heating and warm water throughout the day and night. I would highly recommend to visit this place and stay at this campsite. Its a lifetime experience, we should not miss. :)
