"The room's facilities and furniture were too old; the carpet was dirty, and there were many yellow water stains on the walls. The room smelled unpleasant upon entering. The receptionists and staff were extremely rude and showed absolutely no service awareness. Hot water was almost nonexistent; it took more than twenty minutes for the tap to produce any hot water. The hotel's corridors, lobby, and elevator area were pitch black at night, and the entire hotel was deserted with almost no guests. I so regret staying at such a terrible hotel when I went to Xiling Snow Mountain!!"

The host is the nicest one I have ever met, she was so nice to arrange us the bigger room with fireworks view, besides she took us to the dinning restanrant with affordable price and so delicious. The breakfast included was so awesome with tradional local New years food like: tangyuan, steamed pork bun, fruits... the guest."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special."
