The service was exceptional – they literally catered to our every need. When we were leaving, I casually mentioned how much I loved their shower gel and asked if it was for sale. To our surprise, a staff member, a lovely lady, thoughtfully packed a bunch of samples for us! We were so touched and a little embarrassed by their generosity. We'll definitely be back! "I stayed two nights in a row. The pictures on Ctrip looked amazing, but the reality was worse than a guesthouse. The environment was old, there were few guests, and the whole building was dark. I wanted to soak in the hot springs before visiting Xiling Snow Mountain, but they told me that children had to pay an extra 50 yuan. After paying, I found out there were only five pools, but only two were open due to the low number of people. Water guns and other water activities were not allowed, and the security guard just told us to soak quietly. Because I stayed two nights in a row, the hot springs were even more ridiculous on the second day – only one was open. Finally, regarding breakfast, the first day there were several options to choose from, such as fried rice, cauliflower, eggs, and steamed buns. The second day was absurd; there was nothing at all. When they saw we wanted breakfast, they simply said they would cook us a bowl of vegetarian noodles and give each of us an egg, and that was it. It was truly outrageous. The tableware was also extremely unclean. This was definitely the worst experience I've had in my over ten years of booking accommodations on Ctrip."

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. "This stay was incredibly disappointing. On the day of check-in, the room was extremely hot in the afternoon, so I called the front desk to ask them to turn on the air conditioning. However, it wasn't turned on until the next morning (leading to a terrible night's sleep). The hotel's abysmal and ineffective service left me speechless. Do they really deserve to be a Ctrip 5-diamond hotel when they sacrifice guests' basic rights for so-called energy saving and efficiency? The management of this hotel is going to destroy its future. Top-tier hotels are currently improving service quality and lowering prices to attract customers, yet this hotel is turning guests away for a tiny profit. I always used to dine at this hotel's Chinese restaurant whenever I visited, but this time, they refused to let hotel guests dine there, which is unbelievable. The management clearly lacks professionalism and vision. I will never stay here again."
