The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The location was wonderful. The beds and bedroom was warm. However, there was no hot water, the bathroom was cold, and the tea kettle in the room didn’t work.

The facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, the environment is quiet, and the services are in place. In particular, I would like to praise the store: it has the best value for money among many hotels at the foot of the mountain; the floor heating is very warm in winter; it helped us store and take care of our luggage for two days for free; we accidentally took away the hair dryer, but the store did not blame us and let us not send it back. , we are so embarrassed, we still have to send it to the store.

I have been to Xiling Snow Mountain many times. This time I came here during the New Year. It is a bit expensive, but the food is very affordable and tastes very good. I live on the roadside. There are too many fireworks and it is a bit noisy at night!

There is no hairdryer in the room. Even if the heating is turned on, it is as if it is not turned on. I live on the third floor and it takes a long time for the water to heat up. But my uncle and mother-in-law are very enthusiastic.
