Had a wonderful experience at the Howard Johnson in Huashuiwan. The room was excellent and the hot springs are great.

Hotel comes with a hot spring that is hugely popular within the vicinity. Reception staff were helpful. A must stay if one chooes to visit floral bay. Also a great stop before visiting Xiling Snow Resort.

The price does not equal what we get. Hot spring ok The staff's attitude needs to be improved 5 star price with 3 star service.

Was as expected with good all round. Enjoyable stay for us both.

Great place to get away for a weekend . Service was great. Jason at the reception was super helpful and fluent in English for guests that don’t speak mandarin. The room was clean and stylish and the hot springs were relaxing and nestled in side of mountain. Great view from the springs. Not far from snow fields about 30 minutes by car to bottom of cable car.

We had an incredible stay here, so much so we changed our flight to the next day and booked an extra night. Incredibly scenic and in a quaint little town with delicious food. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English to high levels. Young, Fish and Jam were excellent help with anything we needed. We really hope to return in the future.

Nice, clean rooms. Great BBQ spot for dinner. The service from the staff was amazing. They were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Hot spring facilities were a bit limited.

Young and Fish were so helpful at the front desk. I can’t speak Chinese very well and they were very accommodating of this. The hot springs were great as well. I recommend this hotel for any travel that wants some time out of the city.

I have been to Huashui Bay many times, but this is my first time staying at Howard Johnson Huashui Bay. Overall, the experience is good! The room, environment, service, breakfast, and hot spring are all OK. I also thank Wang Wenzhong at the front desk for being very warm and attentive!

The room is tidy and clean, and the environment is quiet and green! Wang Wenzhong's service at the front desk is patient and thoughtful and very good! Next time I will go to Huashuiwan Howard Johnson Store with my family for vacation!

The hotel environment and air are very good, the hot springs and breakfast are very good, and there is a cute cat in the courtyard on a rainy day. The customer manager Wang Wenjun is very warm and thoughtful in service!
