Room painted, furniture upgrade, beach access restored, and pool area almost ready. Deck area mostly fixed. New management seems to be doing a lot to make this a terrific destination. Parking lot will be upgraded soon. So much of damage in town is repaired. Unfortunately Crabby Joe’s and Sun pier still not open Catfish’s is open as are most all of stores and restaurants along South Atlantic Av. FIR is a great place to relax!

The place is underwhelming. To be fair I should have looked into other reviews. There is no bed room in the unit i booked. The kitchen table folds down into a bed. Bed was not comfortable. First night there some people that “run the place/know the people that do?” were talking all night infront of my door. The pool has been closed for a year or so. There were construction crews there working on it. Gotta walk around the block for beach access. The parking is tight, half the stove top didn’t work. The place is out dated and needs some upgrades bad. I will say provided charcoal was nice, place was okay for cleanliness. I made the most of it but we were never more ready to leave this place.

Great for what it was. Clean rooms, fantastic location, friendly staff. I got an awesome deal on my stay so I'm basing my review on what I paid. I know this hotel also has a timeshare program so I'm not sure how much a room normally goes for. I've never slept in a murphy bed before (a bed that goes into a wall and turns into a kitchen table) so I was alottle skeptical about that but it was actually more comfortable than I was expecting. My only real criticism is the lack of storage. I know they are limited on room but a couple of hooks or possibly a coat rack is the corner would go a long way. It was myself, my wife and toddler son and we had to get creative with where to store stuff. All in all, we had a really enjoyable stay.

If you're trading with RCI, this is NOT a 1 bedroom, or large enough for 4 people. Two people tops and still not able to move around. There is NOT a room balcony, it's the walkway in front of the door. The room was clean (no complaints). If you're renting for a couple of nights getaway, it may be acceptable, but not for the week.
