Ikhaya Hotel the Highline

Wow what a great service 👏...staff is very well ***nered ,Clean rooms...Food is yummy very tasty. We are using this property for my friends and relatives.well connected to entire delhi.very close to market.

Good property to stay .it was a great stay their food is too good. In my next trip is definitely stay at this hotel.eapecially Mr. Saket is very customer friendly person.the The staff was well trained... highly recommended for family stay. Lots of good place to eat...

Perfect Place to stay. It is very close to the market. The room was pleasant and very clean. Breakfast provided was excellent. Hotel staff are very decent and helpful. I must say everything was perfect .

The bathroom has not been cleaned in a very long time. The floor and countertops are covered with multiple dried up spills and the wall by the loo is like a paint swatch card for the previous 20 occupants bowel movement colour. Bulbs missing, punch holes in the walls and one in the bathtub patched up. Not going to go on about the bathroom but I’m thinking you get the picture - I’ve seen ***y and this ranks a solid 8.5 on the bad scale. Room door lock is questionable and one of the sockets has burn marks on it from faulty wiring that I have to hope has been fixed, and not common in rest of the hotel. Reception guy was especially unfriendly literally not saying a word to us and only spoke to our friend who we are visiting - ignored us saying hello and seemed pissed we were there at all. Twin room, two girls - one thin towel only. Ending on a positive - beds feel clean - which was a wonderful surprise and it’s blissfully quiet. So if that’s all you want then you’ll be fine, but there are ***y better choices in the same budget where you will not feel like you are an inconvenience and the bathrooms are much cleaner. I won’t stay here next time.

Worst place to stay in GK. Terrible staff and terrible amenities, leakage in washroom, torn mattress, broken tiles and wash basin. Stinky curtains on top of that there receptionist and in room service behaviour is next level. If you are having bad luck like mine, and booked this hotel then stop the spell and don’t order food from them, they will question your taste buds, it doesn’t matter they are preparing the same food from last Christmas. Save yourself and happy journey

Overall our stay at the Ikhaya Highline was great. All the staff were polite and couldn't do enough for us. We arrived in the early hours, and everyone was waiting for us to arrive, to check in and assist us. Rooms and services available were adequate for 3 star hotel, with clean linen, AC, a comfortable bed and a good breakfast. We had dinner on the first night, which was very reasonable, plentiful and a choice for vegetarians. Location was ok, if your happy to walk 10 mins for branded shops and eateries like Starbucks and Costa Coffee, BATA to name a few. There is no money changing services on site. Thanks for looking after us Ikhaya.

Very very poor service... Hotel main staff mr saket and vishal are making fool to customers because owner is not looking day business....very bad experience. False commitment ..3 times stay..but very bad experience...not recommended...repeated not recommended

Hotel is very nice. Excellent staff all are very cooperative. Location is nice market is walkable distance rooms are very spacious neat & clean it very peaceful area not traffic no polution safety & security is very strong in hotel locality overall great experience.

Great place to stay in Delhi. Excellent staff. The reception staff extremely friendly. In fact all staff very friendly, Excellent breakfast. Clean, safe and rooms exactly as advertised. Great location in GK 1 Delhi.
