這麼多年，對所入住的酒店，我一直都是好評，唯獨這家，我必須曝光這家羅馬假日酒店。這是我住過最爛的酒店，沒有之一！準備出行的朋友趕緊碼住避雷！
1. 欺詐消費者：我提前一個月就預訂了兩間豪華標準間，特意選了這家山腳下安靜的酒店，就盼着孩子考試能休息好。結果入住當天下午3點40辦理入住，我反覆強調要豪華標準間，前台還是給了特價標準間。晚上換了前台，一問才知道，二樓向西是豪華間，向南是特價間，酒店居然把我訂的房賣給別人，這種操作真的太下頭了！
2. 衞生堪憂：房間臟、亂、差，蚊蟲還特別多，孩子一晚上被蚊子叮了好幾個包，根本沒法好好睡覺。看圖就知道，這衞生條件簡直令人作嘔。
3. 虛假宣傳：酒店宣傳圖上能看到山景，結果我推開窗，外面是一堵農民自建房的牆，所謂的山景房根本不存在，妥妥的虛假宣傳，欺騙消費者！
4. 環境嘈雜：凌晨12點、1點還有人在走廊和樓上大聲喧嘩，打電話給前台也沒用，消停一會兒又開始吵。早上6點多，還有人使勁敲我們的門，把孩子嚇得不輕，一問才知道是教練敲錯門了。這酒店的管理簡直一團糟！
這次住宿體驗極差，孩子休息不好，考試也受到了很大影響 。我真的後悔死選了這家酒店，恨死這家酒店了，希望大家千萬別踩坑，一定不要訂這家羅馬假日酒店！

酒店高大上外觀設計氣派，停車場大安全。房間乾淨整潔衞生用品齊全。前台服務態度很好。免費早餐乾淨衞生很滿意。這幾天氣温下降，房間中央空調沒有熱風，説沒有到供熱時間。建議靈活點。

酒店位置很好，離中嶽嵩山很近,走路五分鐘就能到達大門口。去少林寺也很方便。房間也很乾凈。前台服務很熱情。價格非常親民，性價比很高。早餐也不錯。

這是我們一家十幾天河南自駕遊惟一不滿意的酒店，300多元的三人間不管是硬件還是服務態度比起雲台山、老君山200多元的民宿差遠了。首先是酒店很老舊，衞生間氣味燻人，三人間是標間硬改的，推門即上床，衹有一個桌頭櫥，無床立，牆上有很深的腦油痕跡（見圖）。其次是服務態度實在無法令人接受，13日入住後欲看申花與國安比賽，卻發現電視電話均是"聾子的耳朵"，用手機找酒店讓人幫忙調試，直到中場休息（手機看的）也不見來人，再打電話説正在聯繫移動公司，是網絡的問題，之後就沓無音信。次日遊覽後欲看上港與泰山比賽，發現電視電話仍然在"罷工"，打手機詢問，説給經理反映，又是直到中場休息也無任何反饋，直到再次打電話要投訴，才説電視是網絡的事確實解決不了（但wifi是好的）。這種服務態度實在是太罕見了。當初選這家酒店發現評分衹有4.2,衹所以選它是因為有個大停車場，現在看來這是河南之行酒店選擇惟一最糟心的一次。其它的酒店都很好。
二級監管部門的投訴電話我都查了，考慮到酒店普通員工掙錢不容易，忍住沒有投訴。不過你們的硬件、軟件及服務態度再不改進，市場也會給予教訓的。
