This is indeed a nice hotel with beautiful facilities, though there are things to improve , given the high price. Many comments mention that someone has added them on WeChat upon booking, communicating the details of the booking and reminding to make dinner reservations. Unfortunately , nobody has added me and I feel like we missed out many things because of that. For example, we didn’t know that every on-site activity is organized per certain hour , as we arrived around 3 pm we already missed most of them on that day. Also , because of the holiday, the famous castle Chinese restaurant was fully booked for dinner and the next day’s lunch so couldn’t appreciate it . We had to settle for a room service that had very limited options not to mention, was ridiculously overpriced . 300 yuan for three basic dishes like fried rice, stir-fried pork and pork ribs soup, small portions too. Pity. There was a buffet diner happening at another restaurant by the pool, but 460¥ per person seemed too expensive so we passed. Some other small things like broken locker in a changing room or plenty of leaves and trash from the trees in the pool that nobody bothered to clean - felt annoying, again, considering the price per night. I’d still recommend this hotel for visiting at least once in your life. Service is mostly very good, breakfast more than decent, the heated outdoor pool is lots of fun even with the dry leaves floating on it. They have a game room, “activity village” with many things happening all day round ( watch the time though ) , the room I booked was nothing special but had everything we needed. It’s convenient to move around the territory on a “buggy” , they are very efficient. Only if you have a choice , maybe don’t come here on a national holiday so overall experience would be better.

The resort is really suitable for families with kids, rich with activities and amenities. The front desk kindly upgraded us to bigger rooms with great views.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The architecture is historic and offers great views of the Mogan mountain. The scenery is breathtaking and very calming. The food is also amazing. I whole heartedly recommend this place and would 100% come back!

Our experience in the Naked Castle was so great. We enjoyed the place, the service, the activities so much! I requested the birthday decorations, the stuff did it all and helped a lot during our stay. The castle is really gorgeous, the area is so quiet and peaceful. The price is high, but I feel it really worth the stay!

My experience at Naked Castle was spectacular. The staff were warm and friendly. Especially Johnson, who is the kindest host. He made sure that my trip went smoothly and welcomed me with sparkling hospitality. Nadia made my stay entertaining and pleasant as she included me in activities, gave an incredible tour of the castle, and her enthusiasm is an undeniable element to the experience of this resort.The facilities are immaculate, cleanliness and user satisfaction are top priority at Naked Castle and I will definitely be returning again soon in the near future.
