A great place to recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle of city life. There are lots of places to visit and activities to enjoy in the surrounding area.

Location was good as it is near yucun village and in turn, the moganshan scenic area. There is however a severe dearth of information on how to get up / around the moganshan scenic area, and even asking the hotel staff didn’t seem to help.
Given winter, there was close to nothing to do on the hotel compound. The hotel breakfast was as bad as the other reviews made it out to be (IMO, basically unpalatable). The bathroom / room also seemed to smell of sewage (perhaps due to lack of use over the winter period).
No complaints about calling a golf cart to take us around the grounds. Was quick and easy. Staff were generally helpful.
Not the easiest for non-mandarin speakers. Wouldn’t be a repeat stay for me.

The hotel facilities were top notch and the staff gave us a very cosy feeling. This was especially so for our Butler, Zoey. She was attentive, efficient and responsible. Would love to stay in the resort for longer period next time. It is an indeed a sanctary for a peaceful retreat.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for a weekend. Rachel at the reception was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We will definitely want to come back.

We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village.
We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions.
The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!

We had a great two nights at J.Lalli. The staff were all very helpful (especially Rachel). The rooms were big with great views across the resort. There were lots of activities for children including horse riding which our daughter loved. The only disappointment was the breakfast. The buffet was poor, with a focus on quantity over quality. The other restaurant food (Chinese and Western) was nice, though it would help if all menus were translated into English. Overall a nice stay!
