衞生 都不能打掃乾淨，牆皮都是臟 浴缸也都是臟。到晚上更是沒有服務人員！全靠自助！連停車場欄桿還是需要客人下車自己手動抬起！我的天啊！差評差評差評！

房間很多 服務人員態度不錯 浴巾還不錯 枕頭床單很新 枕頭舒服
但是 床太硬了 這個床墊是怎麼回事
太硬了 這根本睡不好
公寓樓也很繞 有點遠 沒有車 並且 行李多 就不方便

晚上六點半才給入住，中午十二點就要我們退房，洗衣機是壞的，房間礦泉水都沒有，服務態度差就算了，吃的更是一言難盡。花了兩千多塊錢體驗這樣的酒店真是把人當怨種😅

這是我今年住過的最滿意 最舒心的酒店 入住前一天管家就和我聯繫了 把我的需求安排的妥妥的 我們是夜裡到酒店的 前台安排入住很快 還幫我們送行李去房間 一進房間就發現我需要的東西都安排好了 還有手寫的歡迎入住的卡片和水果 房間很大很乾凈 因為我們有孩子 大床是橫着睡得 第二天打掃後就是按我們的睡法鋪的床 非常貼心 酒店的洗漱用品質量非常好 非常好 非常好 重要的事情説三遍哈 孩子的洗漱也很棒 拖鞋質量很好 酒店環境很安逸 還有一個什麼都有的超市 開車去武康鎮也就10分鐘 6月我們還來 謝謝管家小穎 服務熱情周到 每天都問我們去哪裡玩 還需要什麼 非常滿意的旅行

可以説這家是我目前住過體驗感最好的酒店了，整個酒店中式園林風格裝修，設施齊全，公區還有露天泳池 ，酒店可以預約熱療和高爾夫，非常適合商務出行，體驗感很不錯，而且住的房間可以看到庭院風景，房間蠻大的，還帶投影儀，酒店環境非常舒適，值得一提的是酒店各處都有名人題的字畫，處處充滿着書香氣息，裝飾雅緻，酒店服務也做的很周到，工作人員會告訴我們周邊好吃好玩的，幫我們搬行李

我們幾個朋友從上海到莫干山，隨便選的一家沒想到意外的好，一進去整體裝修特別的大氣簡約，而且客廳有好多陳列品都很復古還有好多酒櫃，走廊裏好多精美字畫很有藝術氣息.🥳店員的服務質量也很高，裏面的設施都很完善，冰箱飲水機都有入住體驗非常好，大家都很愉快✌🏿裏面的裝修風格也很棒，簡約而不簡單，房間裏都是大的落地窗一眼望過去山景都是一覽無餘，心情十分舒暢.在閑暇之餘還可以體驗一下光子能量熱療整個人都很放鬆悠閑☺️所以這個價錢能入住到觀雲隱居這個酒店真的性價比很高，推薦推薦！🤩
