Please note that there is an amenity fee per person (5 years old and up) of $15.00 paid to the HOA directly on the property at the time of your arrival and check in to register with the HOA. Also note that beach towels are not provided. FULL DISCLOSURE: Condo has a Ring Doorbell installed on exterior door. We do not tape the guests and is only activated if the doorbell is rang, in the event maintenance needs to do repairs.
