Second time staying at this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and is the best part of the trip. The staff are also accommodating. It’s hard to communicate but as long as you have the translation app on your phone, it will work out. However, the amenities of the hotel is on the older side. They need to update it to become more modern. Bring your own toiletries as the ones they have are drying on the skin and hair. The air-conditioning was not working properly. Though they tried to fix it by wheeling in a portable AC. It still ran hot most days.

I'm a long-time member of Huazhu. After arriving, I booked a double room, which was great value for money. It was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the staff were very attentive. There's a large shopping mall nearby, making it convenient for eating, drinking, and getting around. Highly recommended!

To be honest, I felt pretty good at first. The room was clean and in a good location, close to the highway. The room was of a suitable size. But I asked them to deliver the paper in the morning. I said I was in a hurry. I waited for a long time and asked again. They said they would deliver it after 8:30. Although they did deliver it later, I went downstairs at 2:30 in the morning and told your front desk that you would deliver the coupon paper to me when you were at work the next day. You said you would start work at 7:30. I said you could just leave it at the door. I didn't call because I was afraid of disturbing your rest. I could deliver it the next day. Not only did they not deliver it, but they waited for a long time without asking and didn't tell me it would be 8:30. I clearly said I was in a hurry. I have a lot of complaints. The room is ok and the location is indeed suitable.

I can only say that the surrounding environment is nice, but everything else is just average. The accommodation is on the third floor, but I have to change elevators on the second floor and pass through the dining area (very long corridor). The smell is terrible, the room is very small, the decoration is rough (part of the TV wall decoration cloth is falling off), the mattress is hard, the bedside phone has no shortcut keys and no phone number prompts, and I had to walk to the corridor and call the front desk using the public phone in the corridor!

房間寬敞整潔，設計佈局合理，房間的沙發沙發茶几設計的更好，家裡長者孩子人多一起很方便舒服。早餐也挺不錯的，也有德州特色扒雞。工作人員服務也很熱情周到。照片住的時候沒想着照，招了幾張和我見到一樣的照片借用一下發上來湊個數😜
